Not sure what to call this. Haircut 29 dollars, tip 17 dollars. Haircut received is complete unevenly cut. My layered top is completely off one side is lower then other side.

I have been bringing my daughters here for a while but my daughter did a better job cutting her own hair a year ago than the haircut she received today. Beyond that, I brought in my two other girls, who have long hair. I asked for them to have a couple of inches cut off, they requested the same. I payed about $100 to have all 3 of their hair cut, which is a good price, but since all 3 off them still have to have their hair cut or fixed, im certainly not the one winning in this situation.

I haven't had my hair done in a long time, by anyone other than myself. I just have had bad experiences 😔. The worst actually. I Go in and ask for something.. come out looking like my head was stuck in a lawnmower. BUT RACHEL changed all of that for me today. My mother has gone to her for years and said to trust her. And OMG im so glad I did. I came in with 3! Pictures and said I want all of these combined. ( I swear I wasn't being a karen.🤣) She went through the options and showed me the swatches and went to work. When she was done with the color and toner and cutting and styling..... I LOOKED AT MY HAIR AND SMILED SOOOO BIG! I LITERALLY STARTED CRYING! IT was everything I wanted and couldn't have imagined it would be so beautiful! 💙💜❤🙏. THANK YOU RACHEL! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU! & THANK YOU HAIRPORT! The salon is beautiful 😍 💕 and clean and all of the staff are so sweet! As I waited for my mom to get her hair done I watched the other girls working hard and laughing. In this crazy time we are in it made my whole YEAR! I will continue to go to the HAIRPORT in Grandville. And I 100% recommend Rachel! 💜❤💙🥳🥰😍

After a botched haircut last November at a different salon, I was nervous to have my curly/wavy hair cut by anyone, but Emma did a fantastic job. I appreciated her input, confidence, and skill in creating a very workable style that will be easy to maintain. She was friendly and very in tune to the needs of the client. Thank you again, Emma!!
i asked for a v shaped haircut and she did not give me it. my hair looked the exact same from when i walked in. basically payed $28 for nothing, don’t recommend🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
