I personally loved it 10/10 experience if anything I will be coming back to see more K-pop groups bccc I LOVED ITTT and my seat was amazingggg like it was AMAZING I saw Enhypen ྀིྀི anddd omg I can’t believe I saw them Ik it was a whole but I wanted to put how I felt bc it was a dream to see them!! And it was on a Sunday day and hunny I had so much fun and after I had to go to school and I was bragging so much 10/10 I love Enhypen ྀིྀི stan Then please and Enhypen ྀིྀི said We were such a good fandom when it came to Chicago AHHH STAN Enhypen ྀིྀི 💕!

Goalllllll. The best place to hear that legendary horn. Not a bad seat in the place.

Windy Cirty Smokeout

Great day at the windy city smokeout. Amazing food, thanks to everyone that provide amazing service

I went to a concert on June 23rd and got myself and a friend two shirts for $45 each so ended up being $90-93 well should have been. Looked at my account as I left that night and I got charged $319.72 for 2 SHIRTS. And after calling and sending numerous emails never hear anything back. This is ridiculous

Great atmosphere. Historic stadium. Pretty good view from most seats close to the court or first couple rows in the upper deck. Tickets can be expensive but worth it to go once or twice.

Watched the Bulls here. First ever basket ball game. Really fun experience and well organized.

I went there in 2003 to see my cousin Eddy Curry play. I had a ball watching them play Cleveland Cavaliers.

Chris Brown concert great show loved it from beginning to the end

I saw a concert here and man let me tell you I was really impressed how fast I was able to get a beer and be seated. I also left pretty quickly as well given the size of that place. The music itself did not sound nearly as good as the newly built Nashville Amphitheater but even though I was pretty far back I still had a decent view. The fees had been pretty high for the tickets and the pre-order section was a joke. I'm not sure if any of that is United centers doing or not.

Just moved up from Florida and I was blown away how clean everything was. Honestly so surprised how cleaned the bathrooms were. The prices for drink well, it’s a arena, so it is what you expect overpriced not a great deal

Great venue!! Security was very friendly and helpful. Drinks were expensive but it is what it is. Excellent place to see Russ in concert!!

Very well organized from the Uber lot to inside. Went for Tyler Childers concert.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the United Center for the Justin Timberlake concert. I purchased presale tickets through Ticketmaster directly from the United Center and paid $375 for each. On the day of the event, I discovered that tickets in the same row were being significantly discounted, and new seats in a better section and row were available for less money sold by TICKETMASTER ( not resale). I reached out to both the United Center box office and Ticketmaster to address this issue, but their response was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite explaining the situation and asking for assistance, I was met with dismissive attitudes and no resolution. It feels like I was fleeced by the venue and the artist. I spent a substantial amount of money expecting a certain level of service and value, but what I received was far below expectations. This kind of treatment towards loyal fans is unacceptable. I will think twice before attending another event at the United Center or purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster. This experience was truly a letdown.
