You guys, I've never left a negative review before. But, I just cannot risk you all going through what we have.
We hired Granite Empire after they came out and gave us a quote for Kitchen and Master Bathroom countertops. Our problems started once the inspector came out to make a template..at which point we paid for half of the quote.
After that, we had to email and call and call and call to get any follow up. We thought we had been scammed! (Though Granite Empire had been recommended.)
Finally, we get a call back and the template guy measured an additional 11 sqft from the original quote in the kitchen alone. We did the math and still thought their cost was good so we said okay. ? Our contract said 5-7 days from template being created they'd be installed. I won't even go into how many times they told us our counters were being cut, and they'd come out to install next day, without them being cut or putting us on the calendar. I won't get into ALL of the specifics, but it came down to Zane actually driving to their offices, speaking with their manager, getting pictures of our actual counters being cut, because emailing and calling was getting us no where.
Fast forward to granite finally getting installed. They give a time window, which is super important when people are working from home and they've got to move around meetings. They show up completely after the time frame window. Don't finish. Say they'll be back the next day before 8 a.m. They call at 7:52 a.m. saying they are going to another job first. Install finally finished and the bathroom counter backsplash is 1/2 an inch shorter than what we paid for, along with putting divots in the walls. AND>>>>> they cut the counters, some inside, and some outside. If you have never had granite cut inside, let's just say the dust is never ending. Install was completed this past Thursday. I've dusted every.single.day. Zane had the shopvac inside our cabinets trying to get all of the dust out from within, and has moved on to hands and knees *scrubbing.* The dust is so thick, it seems many of our cabinets are stained.
From their receptionist to their manager, they continually would say "I understand, we are sorry, but" and would put everything on the shoulders of the initial person that came out to our home. The person who snagged our business because she was so wonderful (and apparently no longer works there). None of our problems arose until after that initial phase.
We would never use them again, and would choose differently if we could go back. We will never recommend them to anyone. I'm shocked by how high their ratings are after what we experienced, and continue to deal with (from going to ACE and getting a paint match in our bathrooms, patching, sanding, and more).
If you can choose a different company, choose a different company.
Due to a complete failure in communication, this company has cost me nearly 2 weeks with a demolished kitchen. At first, they seemed great, until they got my deposit. Then the 5 day turnaround time that they have plastered outside their building has become almost a month so far. Our first salesperson we were told was terminated, so we were passed onto the next person. Measurements were done in a timely manner, however we were not told that a construction project was needed until they demod our kitchen. I was told today that this could have been easily recognized prior to install, and I could have rectified the issue prior to install date. Instead, even after receiving pictures from me well before install voicing concerns about the project space, I wasn’t made aware until my kitchen was already destroyed. No one ever came out and told me what would be needed to complete my project, as management didn’t feel it was of concern to send someone out to oversee the install. So $800 later, today someone comes out to measure to finally get our install completed, and I’m told that the addition to our island is not sufficient. The company has not taken responsibility for their lack of communication nor poor handling of the situation, instead placing blame on us for our lack of understanding of what they require for installation of their product. Unless you are a licensed contractor with years of electric and carpentry experience, beware of this company.

A cautionary Tale..our new dolomite/granite, commonly called Fantasy Brown, looked good when we picked it out, but in our kitchen it is clearly all "muddled" looking, like water spots everywhere. We noticed immediately after the install, called our sales rep and they sent some one out who spent 10 minutes, at the most, putting some kind of solution on it. We could still see the mottled surface and he told us to give it a day. We did and it was the same; still filmy, and spotted. We called our rep, Autumn, a few times and no answer, and after leaving voice mails for a return call....nothing. We are so disappointed. We have been saving $ for years to upgrade and now this. Maybe with some assistance, we could get the results we thought we were purchasing. Please be aware that if you have any problems or complaints, you may not get any assistance. We spent $2200 on flawed granite. it makes me sick....and so sad.
We are SO HAPPY!! I’ve been wanting new granite counters since I bought my home in 2008. We chose blue flowers and it looks incredible! Jasmine and the installers from Granite Empire Nashville (on Murfreesboro Road in Lavergne) made everything easy. From picking out the stone with samples sent home with me, to the in-house measuring and template design, to the actual installation and carrying off the old counters. We are so pleased with the process and the results. I would recommend them to everyone! I wish I had done this sooner, and can’t wait to get the bathroom counters done, too. Don’t wait, it’s worth it for the beauty added to your home. Also, Jasmine was very responsive to questions and available when needed. I can’t thank the whole crew enough. Professional and kind!!

We’re so happy with Granite Empire. If you’re looking for new countertops these are great folks to work with. Everyone from sales to installation were patient, kind, and very professional. They care about making the customer happy! Not many big box stores or other companies treat the customers the same way.
I wish we had gone with a different company. We had several issues during the process. We moved in 10 days after installation. Three days after moving in, we saw several stains. Some strawberry juice spilled while making strawberry shortcake. it stained before I could even wipe it up. Water spots everywhere. Our granite was NOT sealed. I have had granite for 10 years and never experienced stains like I have. Their response, "we showed your husband the bottle we used to seal it". Would never recommend this company!!
Very pleased with our purchase from Granite Empire of Nashville! We love our new counter top and everyone who helped us was fantastic. We never even went to their store. Natalie in sales showed us many samples upon our request and found us just what we were looking for. I would without hesitation recommend Granite Empire of Nashville.

We worked with Jaimy to get our countertops. Not only do they have great prices, they have a wide variety of materials available and many great sink and faucet options. The countertops were installed within 5 days of purchasing and the install took less than 2 hours. If you ever need countertops Granite Empire is the place to go!
There is absolutely no better place to go for your granite and marble needs! Kristen is beyond amazing! The prices are as fair as can be. The installers are great and treat your home as if it were their own. I can not say enough good things about the entire experience and have already told all my friends to use Granite Empire for their future projects!
