I have been many times and go regularly with my husband. Tracy makes you feel at ease and is very good at relaxing us, using a variety of sounds. The sessions are always therapeutic and each time I take away something new. My husbands arthritis is always better after a session. Sometimes just to stop in life for a short while is enough to re-set us and Tracy manages this very well. I would highly recommend if you have stress, a large workload or general aches and pains.
Jill creates the most amazing experience at each and every one of her events. She has a deep healing energy and is wise and intuitive.
I have had the honour of not only attending her sound-baths (which are on a complete level of their own as I have attended many over the years), but also co-hosting a retreat with her too, where her strength, love and depth shone through in holding space for the women who needed her. For someone who regularly holds space for my own clients and my two children, to receive from someone so wonderful, caring with the attention to details is something is so needed and important to gift ourselves.
I have received a 'Closing of the bones' ceremony from Jill which was one of the most profound healing experiences for me which helped me release sexual trauma from the past and also accept me step into my new phase of life with per-menopause.

I find it hard to put into words exactly just how much Jill and her sound baths have changed my life. I attended my first soundbath in 2021 and it was so deeply transformative. They have been such a huge part of my spiritual journey over the past 3 years and have allowed me to face and transmute deep rooted trauma, whilst being held in the most safe of ways. Wow, what amazing energy! I went into the session feeling down and a little off but came away feeling like I was dancing on air. I have never experienced anything like it before and now know where I'll be going when I need to escape this crazy world and recharge my energies. The Gong Whisperer, Jill, gave me a really warm welcome too and explained how the vibration from the gongs would affect me. Overall it was an absolutely life transforming experience.

I had attended a few of The Gong Whisperer session in the past, wanting relief from aches & pains. I’m a novice at being able to relax. I found the sessions hugely comforting. Further on, I have sadly been hugely bereaved. I chose to attend a Summer Solstice session which Jill ran with other additional elements. I chose to truly embrace the opportunity despite my natural resistance. I was grieving heavily and needed relief. In this gathering I chose to fully immerse. I moved my body without fear of judgement (as others did too), I did breath work as I had never before, I created the noises inside me that repression had held guarded.
To say I had a ‘shift’ is an understatement. I’m careful to reiterate that this was MY experience. But suffice to say I have experienced since then a level of acceptance & comfort from the experience I’d been hoping to find. I imagine if anyone can release themselves from the clutches of social conditioning, to embrace the practices and safe space on offer, they too will at the very least discover that these session can provide deep relaxation and self discovery to help restore a person in our all too busy environments.
Hugely recommended from a former cynic. Try one….thats best way to start, and discover a whole new tribe of people who acknowledge that it begins with the first step and there’s no barriers to wishing to release oneself from how life’s demands restrict our true wellbeing. In this space, no judgement, only guidance to help you discover another avenue to travel within and feel release. 🙏

I first went to The Gong Whisperer in September 2021and I have been a regular ever since. The healing sounds that she produces are epic. She has held an amazing safe space in every session I have been blessed to attend. I have healed so many of my traumas,ancestral traumas and injuries,on my journey with the gongs.
I am on a more spiritually connected path ,my whole life has changed for the better, I am now able to sleep so much better and I am less stressed ,I am able to deal with obstacles in a much better and healthier way .

I had the most amazing relaxation pamper, when feeling poorly suffering from migraines, neck,shoulder and back pain, this lady worked her magic with a mini facial, neck and shoulder massage whilst also having acupuncture in my ear releasing all my blockages , almost 3 weeks later and no migraine since, I feel calm relaxed and re focused on myself, would highly recommend, x

I’ve been going to Jill’s sessions for nearly two years now and they’ve played an important part of my ongoing spiritual journey and improved mental health, particularly anxiety (following the end of a long term relationship) and clarity, as well as sleep. This is long overdue- I've been regularly attending soundbaths with @thegongwhisperer for a while now and I absolutely recommend them. I attended my first gong bath with no expectations however when it sorted out an upper back pain I was over the moon. Not only that but the days after a soundbath I feel more relaxed, tolerant and happy within myself. I'm so pleased to have found @thegongwhisperer and to have these beautiful soundbaths as part of my journey.
