Highly recommended, as their service goes well beyond what one could expect! Staff are pleasant, helpful, efficient and professional. My mother's non-standard boiler shorted late one evening, requiring the Fire Service to come out. She contacted the The Gas Shop first thing the very next morning and even though they were fully bòoked, they made a point of responding to her emergency. She had a new boiler installed and working by teatime the next day! Well done Gas Shop, Paul and Nathan! She cant stop singing your praises 👏🏻

We had a service recently, our heating system hadn’t been performing too well for a little while, Nathan changed the filter to a magnetic version, and recommended a more efficient way to set our zoned timer up. This has made a huge difference to the amount of heat we get from our system, which is great. We are also having a new gas fire fitted, the whole team have been very helpful and explain everything. Thanks also to Paul for sorting our timer out, and Simon for guiding us through the task of choosing a new fire. A very professional team, would not hesitate to recommend.

Were sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you received. You were made aware of our call out charge when you initially called us to report an issue with your old fire. Unfortunately this is a fire where all the spare parts are obsolete as the fire was discontinued many years ago, thus it would be impossible to make the fire safe to use, which you were made aware of at the time.
If you would like to discuss this further, please call the shop.

Had the gas technician to service my gas fire yesterday, it turned into a refit!!! The man could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. A friendly person. He did a great job 👏 . I would recommend the gas shop in Felixstowe.

Hello, I had my gas boiler serviced by the Gas Shop in Felixstowe on 15th November. It worked perfectly well before I had the boiler serviced and today, it did not work at all. The boiler failed 15 minutes after the gas engineer left the house but worked again after switching the boiler off then back on. Now, I cannot get an appointment with them to rectify the problem. Thank you for fixing my boiler. I have pleasure in returning to 5 stars which are well deserved. Kind regards, Brian.

I contacted the Gas Shop for the first time ever at 8am today reporting an issue with my gas boiler ,and by 1130am the engineer had been ,rectified the situation and left . I cannot praise his workmanship enough keeping me fully updated of how he would fix it and his friendly polite attitude as a whole. I didn`t catch his name but a terrific ambassador for your company which I am enormously impressed with from start to finish and would never hesitate to use again and recommend to all ..Thank you all so much .

Replaced my wood burner. Whoever installed the original did a shocking job and left the house with a real fire hazard. We had really good communication regarding problems, possible solutions and style and cost options. Arrived on time to do the work, finished on time, charged a fair price and cleaned up well. Always polite and patient. Cannot imagine a better service.

Polite, friendly and efficient service. After literally hours of phoning around to find a plumber who would answer the phone, let alone actually quote a price and do the work, I was very pleased that these guys answered the phone, gave me a price and turned up and did the work (for the price quoted). Yes, their callout charge is a bit more expensive than some, but they actually did the job, in my case the day after I called.
