Hi Julie thank you for your feedback, we did communicate on email, and we told you it says on the listing it is in the Capital hotel, not that it is the Capital, and it says this quite clearly on the listing, all feedback from this spa has been positive from our users

The experience with fomo was a wonderful one. The site is easy to use not to mention the fantastic voucher options that are available. We used it for the Acrobranch deal and it was great. Exceptional service both here and at the melrose arch acrobranch
