I need to edit my previous 5 stars. I left without being able to get any flips done. Reason being they changed after the review. My first trying to flip, I ran in a road block with no one to help. I submitted my information and nothing. I had to ask if someone is going to look at my information. The deal that I was trying to get went away. I found that some people are spoken to with respect while some aren't. If you ask a question, you'll see "you need to" while others are responded to with "Jessica or whatever the name is". My coach was so rude to me that I left without getting anything done. Here I am still paying for it without getting one thing done.

I am so grateful to this program. They literally go step by step and give you everything you need to know while ALSO giving you coaching and helping to shift your mindset! Our original plan was to get our first flip within 90 days but our journey slowed us down a little bit and now we're back in action!!
I think the best thing about this program is not just access to the curriculum but having access to communicate with other women doing the same thing as you so you don't feel so stressed. Having it be just women has created SUCH a safe space for learning and growth.

The FlipSister's program has truly changed my life. I wanted to get into real estate, even bought my first house to flip. My flip did not sell, it was over priced for the market which led me to have to rent out the property after 5 months of being on the MLS. I love real estate, and flipping houses, so I decided that taking a week long master class, watching youtube videos, reading books, and listening to podcasts wasn't enough. I needed a coach, a mentor, someone to answer my questions and guide me onto the right path. I couldn't afford to have any more of my money be stuck in a house. They lure you into a webinar to get your information, only to SELL you the program. Then they spam text you even after you tell them you cannot afford the program. They have this as one of their reasons the program is not for you, but they don't take their own advice. Because if you are TRULY in it to help "SISTERS", then you would help them get started for free. Even if it meant they were to put it in the contract that the "sister" pay them back after their first flip, that would help a "sister" out when she is down on her luck.

If you intend to be shady or sharky with people, or you are willing to sacrifice someone's safety for your own benefit."
These women are DEFINITELY putting profit ahead of people!!

These women are more interested in controlling and dominating other women more than helping you!!. I said that I was interested in learning more about the company and the real estate business. So I get a call from a women with flip sisters with our scheduled call. We start off a conversation and she asked me what interest me in this market of flipping houses and how long. I told her that I had heard about flipping houses to be about buying homes and renting them out and I had also thought about air BNB business models. And she said "oh well we don't do that in our program, we don't teach on that" than started asking me more questions about why I want to do flipping houses. I then wanted to ask her a question about what does the mentorship cover exactly since it doesn't cover that. And then she said she wanted to get more information from me so that she could give me a better answer but I told her I needed a direct question answered regarding the program. And that I wasn't interested in telling my story as you call it if the program doesn't offer what I want. And then she said "well I don't think we be a good fit anyway to be honest" well to be honest she just wanted to control the entire conversation instead of answering a direct question and then she lied on top of it because house flipping is buying and investing and fixing up and than putting it on the market. It's almost like she didn't like that I wasn't ignorant and like she wanted me to be like a blank slate for her to just feed false information to hear me towards a direction of dependency on a mentor or guide vs learning self sufficient job skills for long term. UPDATE: the team manager reached out to me and assured me this was not the intention or motives and that we just had a miscommunication! They offered to let me talk to them directly on the phone to see if we could better work together. That does show humility which means the women may have had a bad day but it wasn't anything deeper than that. Thank you!

Misaligned Values – Aggressive Contract and No Compassion for a Grieving Widow
I enrolled in the FlipSisters program on July 15, 2024—less than a month after my husband passed away. I was emotionally shattered and seeking a path forward. Their messaging around sisterhood, empowerment, and service drew me in.
But when I quickly realized I wasn’t mentally or emotionally ready to participate, I reached out and requested a refund. I had not accessed their modules, group calls, or trainings. My request was denied, with a firm reinforcement of their “no refunds” policy—even in a circumstance as extreme as recent bereavement.
What stood out most, though, was the tone and structure of their contract. It contains language threatening to report participants to credit agencies and third-party collections if a chargeback is attempted—something that feels deeply at odds with a brand built on the idea of “empowering women.” This isn’t just firm policy—it’s aggressive, fear-based legal positioning designed to silence and discourage consumers from seeking recourse.
The “support” I was later offered—extended access and a mindset call—felt more like a PR move than an attempt to resolve anything. A low-effort concession meant to keep me quiet and protect their image, rather than honor the situation with true compassion.
I’m sharing this because I wish I had seen a review like this before signing up—especially in a time of grief. Be cautious, especially if you’re in a vulnerable season of life. The branding and the actual business ethics don’t align.
