Hearing our 4 month old was intolerant to dairy and peanuts was a complete shock. We didn’t have any history of intolerances in our family and as expats we didn’t have any family around to turn to for advice and support. I was still breastfeeding and about to start weaning and I was super stressed about how we were going to tackle this new world. Having Heidi to guide us through that terrifying stage with her knowledge and expertise was a welcome lifeline. Heidi is understanding, calm, approachable and, as a Mum herself, she gets it. She relays information in a practical and no-nonsense way, and strives to give you comfort and confidence. I would highly recommend Heidi to any Mum navigating the world of allergies, intolerances and baby first aid.

Great baby cpr course. This course gave me and my family the knowledge and confidence to act in any situation with bub. The trainers so so lovely and knowledgeable and were happy to go into more details on things I felt nervous about. Class are small so we get ensure questions are answered in detail and not rushed. Highly recommend to all new parents.

Absolutely incredible course! Everything I thought I knew was wrong! Having kids means unexpected things happen and this just helped put my mind at ease knowing I have the knowledge to help if need be! Highly recommend Nest CPR!

I've worked in Early Education for many years, I've done so many First aid, allergy and CPR courses during this time. But this was one of the best! As a soon to be first time Parents, it was really important to my husband and I to do this course. It was very informative and even with my 9month pregnacy brain was able to focus! Heidi ran a really great session in our home for our parent’s group. It was super easy to organise and Heidi was super flexible. Doing the infant and child first aid session definitely gave us peace of mind now that our baby is starting solids and moving around a lot more. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I got a lot out of your classes and would recommend you to any of our family or friends. Heidi was so lovely and passionate about teaching first aid. The class was the perfect length of time and we were able to ask plenty of questions and gain practical guidance. As a nervous Mum who likes to “freak out” at the slightest rash ... the Nest was very comforting to me. I had done first aid courses before , but once you refresh you realize how much you had forgotten and how much isn’t age appropriate ! I was one of those Mums who whinged and wined about not being able to pack a bread roll with sesame seeds in my kids lunch box ..... my understanding of allergies is ... Wow very much improved !! The nest staff are super knowledgeable on allergies if that’s you and your family definitely give them a call!

Heidi was exceptionally informative in the CPR class I attended. As a first time mum with no knowledge & lots of fear, I finished the session with peace of mind that if I was to ever end up in a difficult situation I would have the resources to fix if not help improve the problem. I cannot recommend her course enough to all parents (new or as a refresher). The environment was welcoming & no question was considered a silly question.

I cant recommend Heidi and the subject matter highly enough and how important it is for everyone to understand what to do calmly and effectively if ever faced with an emergency situation with their children. Heidi's expertise is clear, creating a rapport with the group she discussed in Laymans terms that left me feeling far more confident around my child.
