Words simply do not do justice to the level of service Andy Dameron provided in selling my Charlotte condo. From start to finish, Andy was hands on, proactive, communicative and organized. Additionally, I had already moved out of state and Andy put my mind at ease in taking care of everything in person while I was working through the process remotely. If you want someone with natural real estate savvy, who knows the market well, and who will be strategic with your property every step of the way, look no further.

We had the pleasure of having Karina Mevs as our Realtor. She went way above what would be expected. We were kept informed every step of the way. She was "able to leap tall buildings"....really....she scaled a wall to get info from an a/c unit that was below. If we ever need the service of a Realtor it will definitely be Karina!

He provided great advice on the process, pricing, the loan process and he plugged me into his team to get a fast close. He didn’t let anything slip through the cracks and would frequently remind me of the next step and what I needed to do. Shopping for our first home seemed daunting but Karina and her entire team made the process as easy as possible! Not only did Karina show us dozens of houses and redo our search qualifications multiple times, she talked us through several panics and helped us understand what we needed to do.
