I’m updating my review because I believe it’s important to be fair when a business addresses concerns and later experiences are more positive. My initial interactions with the office, particularly during scheduling and check-in, were frustrating and left me with a poor first impression. However, after expressing my concerns, the office reached out to apologize and gave me another opportunity to come in. I’m glad I did. Dr. Miller was kind, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. My checkout experience was pleasant, and the follow-up phone calls regarding my referrals have also been courteous and helpful. While I still think there’s room for improvement in ensuring every patient’s first interaction is as welcoming as the care they receive afterward, I appreciate that the office addressed my concerns and that my subsequent experiences have been much more positive. Because of that, I’m updating my review to reflect my overall experience rather than just my initial one.

I received a call on the 31st of March informing me I had this debt, due to being a no show. That was truly an oversight on my behalf. I was sick with stomach flu that week, and attempting to shake back. I’d be lying if I said this was at the top of my priority list because I hadn’t been myself. When she called, I told her I’d take care of it, which I planned to do. She informed I’d be placed in a collection until they received. I received a certified letter today dated the 31st of March, which is less than a week over this same $25.00. It stated “we are withdrawing you from further medical care, and additional fees will be added”. If this is how people are treated behind $25.00, I can only imagine the true concern for the patient. I get it, people forget, get sick, it’s life. I have the $25.00, but at this point it’s more than that for me. Everything about Stephanie in billing conveys an unhappy lady. She was extremely rude, lacks patience, hung up in my face, admitted she’d hung up when we spoke again. I was NOT comfortable giving someone that mean my card information over the phone. The operator hung up in my face as well because I couldn’t answer her questions fast enough. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place is not it!!!!

Dr. Buck is my physician and I could not be more pleased with my experiences with him. Not only is he an amazingly competent physician he is a genuinely caring person. His calm mannerisms, attention to detail and experience in medical treatments are all exceptional. A rare trait I have found with Dr Buck is his accessibility. Dr. Buck calls me himself, not has someone call. Dr. Buck makes rounds at the hospital for his patients. He never makes me feel he does not have time for my care , he is understanding and tries to help me in every way possible. I feel very blessed to have him as my physician.

Dr. Beurlot is a breath of fresh air . Her ability to TAKE TIME answering questions, reviewing your health concerns and truly engaged is most appreciated. Not being rushed and just “another patient” is why I am invested as a patient at THE CLINICS.

Dr. Screspetis, his nurses and crew are always very nice and helpful. I feel very comfortable speaking to anyone there about anything. The lab personnel is very experienced and is very good at helping apprehensive patients like me who do not like needles.

When you call to make an appointment, you never get through bc it says their "in clinic," when they are not. They do not return calls when you leave voice mails. If you go to the access clinic and they call over, all of a sudden, they get through to your Dr, and an opening is magically available. Only for you to come to the other side of the building and wait over a hr in a room for the Dr to come in. I could've made an appointment if that was the case, but o no one ever answers the phone but the directory lady.

There was recently a data breach with Dr McBrides office. They blew it off as a scam. Yes it’s a scam with the scammer calling from McBrides number and the scammer having detailed information about me and who I’ve seen at The Clinic. Isn’t there a legal, if not moral obligation to alert ALL of their patients of this situation?

Husband went in for his check-up today. They always tell you to bring your medication with you and he does. Upon checking out and reviewing the medications in the zip locked back there is a bottle of pain medication missing. Me, I would have called the police and had them to show up right then and there - Him let's them talk him into reviewing all the camera videos from all angles first.

Absolutely recommend The Clinics ! We have been thoroughly impressed with our clinicians and their attention to our medical needs, and their care for us. They definitely have phenomenal follow up . Would and have recommended to family and friends.

I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Michelle Beurlot at 9:00am on Thursday 12/8/22. After spending fifteen minutes at home completing my paperwork, I arrived at the clinic at 8:45 am and was promptly required to complete more paperwork, some of which was redundant and duplicative. By 9:30 am, I had yet to be called up to the counter or back into the office for triage and vitals. As I value my time, I decided to leave and seek primary care elsewhere. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Further complicating issues is your patient portal. When attempting to register and set up an account, I am unable to accept the terms and conditions. The second section of paperwork and terms to accept is blank, with instructional text still present. The lack of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail is not acceptable and should not be tolerated as the standard or expectation.
