We responded to your emails promptly and courteously, shared our perspective on what might have occurred, and offered a substantial discount on your next service as a gesture of goodwill, given our terms and conditions. Like many other cleaning companies, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to limit our liability in cases like these due to past experiences where, unfortunately, a few bad actors took advantage of us. I understand this may not be the response you were hoping for, and I apologize for any disappointment this may cause. However, we need to adhere to these guidelines, as, again, we’ve encountered bad actors that try to take advantage of our services and of other companies in the industry. While our assessment of the cause of the damage isn’t definitive, painted walls near sinks are often prone to issues when exposed to water, which may explain what happened, even though the paint is relatively new. In this case, the extra water needed to address the significant buildup of limescale around your sink may have contributed. Thank you again for reaching out, and we wish you all the best.

Marie Pierre -- Malheureusement, votre position est de mauvaise foi et nous sommes sincèrement surpris de constater que notre relation commerciale ait pris cette tournure. Nous tenons cependant à rectifier certains points pour clarifier la situation. Tout d’abord, nous vous avons proposé deux options : 1) un remboursement d'une part significative du montant comme vous l’aviez demandé, ou 2) de retourner chez vous, sans frais supplémentaires bien sûr, pour corriger toute omission et s'assurer que tout soit fait de façon excellente. Vous avez refusé le retour en préférant un remboursement, proposition que nous avons honorée immédiatement. Le courriel que nous vous avons envoyé, et que vous avez confirmé, clarifie bien cette résolution. Il nous semble injuste d’attendre que le remboursement soit crédité sur votre carte pour ensuite faire d'autres réclamations et publier un avis négatif, exerçant ainsi une pression sur nous. Cette attitude, après avoir confirmé un accord par écrit, est surprenante et décevante. Nous conservons tous les échanges d’emails pour ces raisons, et les faits y sont clairement exposés. De plus, vous aviez félicité notre équipe de 3 personnes pour leur travail durant le tour des lieux à la fin du ménage, et mentionné que vous ne laissiez pas de pourboire car vous préfériez laisser un excellent avis en ligne pour notre entreprise. Nous sommes venus équipés et avec des professionnels ayant beaucoup d'expérience dans ce type de ménage. Nous souhaitons que cet avis démontre que nous ne nous laisserons pas intimider par des comportements de mauvaise foi. Nous sommes une entreprise locale, dédiée à fournir un travail de qualité et à respecter nos clients. Nous condamnons fermement ce genre de comportement.
