My appointment went very well Kelby is a very pleasant person to work with. he explained everything in detail and was confidence with the service Chill Brothers provides to there customers. I have not used the service yet but i will purchase my ac unit from them. Thank you Kelby Henson for making this a smooth transaction.
This guys were amazing. They answer every question I had, and the whole process was really smooth. I'm paying less in electricity and I'm ready for some tough weather now.

Thanks to Shathujah Patcunan for coming out to my home to go over thoroughly and very detailed about each and every single part of our new HVAC installation. We had other techs come out and address the issue and quote us but not go over as to why we should choose their service and why we should choose their HVAC systems like Shathujah did. We feel confident with the decision we took by going with them because of the way they explained everything to us.

Shathujah was amazing! She is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She gave me confidence in her and her company. Also very accommodating in working with me and my budget. And able to answering questions and concerns I've had. I would definitely recommend this company !

We had a/c system that went out completely and needed a/c, furnace, the whole system replaced. My husband called another company and they quoted us prices we were not comfortable with I remembered a young man from Chill Brothers coming by early part of this year and I decided to give Chill Brothers a call….. So Happy I did, Mike answered the phone ; very professional and booked us for time slot 10am-12pm. About 10:15 Kelby was at the door! Kelby was very professional and knowledgeable about the service and equipment, my husband and I felt comfortable and confident that we allowed Kelby to proceed with getting us signed up for service ? Thanks Kelby, Mike and the whole Chill Brothers Family!!!!!

Very disappointed with the service. We obviously should have shopped around and not just trusted the salesman that came to our door. He promised us that we would get new vents to go along with our new system (15k later) no new vents and they never did a final inspection and we have called them with concerns with no reply.
I would recommend shopping around…
There was a no soliciting sign on my door, no trespassing sign, and Ring camera door bell all to prevent my newborn grandson from getting woke-up. When I questioning the man who beat on the door twice if he saw the signs on the door he replied “Yes, but I’m with Chill Bros.”. I don’t understand how being with your company excuses your worker from respecting my door signs. They were there for a reason. Next time use the ring button or google advertising.
