Never have I ever had such poor customer service. Oh except the last time I came here. This time we came on a Tuesday at 11. There were maybe 5 tables seated and everything else was empty and they refused to seat us bc we didn't have a reservation. They said there were no tables available. It was my daughter's bday and we only had an hour for lunch so we just wanted to grab a salad and piece of cake. So they told us to sit at the bar. When we sat down the bar tender carded my 32 year old daughter. Granted we were not ordering alcohol, just a salad. When she showed him her id on her phone he refused to serve us because she didn't have the actual copy of her drivers license. Again , we were not ordering alcohol. So we left and went else where. When we came back an hour later to get our car , we checked and over 85% of the tables were still empty. This is the third time I have come here and been given horrible service. Never again. Rumor has it the cake bake shop in Florida is being sued for mistreating their employees. I would guess that's an accurate claim as they treat their customers horribly.
