Pues quería decir y para que sirva para todos los que quieran ir que me lleve una experiencia muy mala . En principal lugar nada más llegar con mi pareja nos situaron en la mesa y primera imagen el local bien ,pero empezaron los problemas …en primer lugar la organización no se aclaraban con las mesas donde iban situadas las comandas ,luego si no me llego a levantar no me atienden y me querían entregar cosas que no había pedido porque no sabían dónde iban. Segundo luego ya de pedir 40 min para recibir la comida , la cual , recibimos mal . Pedimos entrante patatas con cheddar y bacon ( y tragaron patatas sin nada) y dos hamburguesas ( la mía que era doble bien pero la de mi pareja que la pidió sin cebolla ni tomate la recibió con cebolla y el camarero tenía dos exactamente iguales y le decía que no era lo pedido y que tenía cebolla que mi pareja no quería y no entendía nada y me quería encasquetar una de las dos sin ser correcta .Luego de llegar al entendimiento me traen la hamburguesa y habían limpiado la cebolla en vez de hacer una nueva porque si mi pareja llega a tener alergia hubiera sido un fallo muy grave y aparte para añadir la hamburguesa tenía un pelo ,para flipar . Las patatas las trajeron sin cobrarlas para solucionar el problema pero lo del pelo era muy grave. Luego a la hora de irnos y la gente enfadada por lo mismo fuimos al baño y solo había uno para hombre y mujer y estaba que parecía un festival . Horrible el sitio .

He venido a desayunar y he pedido una tostada (bastante cara para la calidad) y dos cafés, uno de ellos de especialidad (ha resultado ser un café al uso). Este tipo de café siempre suele servirse acompañado de un vaso de agua, pero además de no incluirlo, cuando lo solicité se me negó, indicándome que la única opción era comprar una botella de agua.
Me sorprendió, ya que el local está obligado por ley a ofrecer un vaso de agua de manera gratuita. Hoy no tenía tiempo para poner una reclamación, aun así, me parece importante dejar constancia de una práctica que considero poco profesional y contraria a lo que corresponde al cliente.

Went there twice. The first time we dine in and everything was tasty and we really liked it. The second time we got take away. The food wasn't as good as the first time and the chicken I've ordered was too small of a portion. Although, I really liked their fries with cheddar and bacon.

Hice una reserva a través de TheFork con un 30% de descuento, tal como indicaba la promoción. Al momento de pagar, el responsable del local puso múltiples obstáculos para aplicarlo. Incluso llegó a inventarse que la reserva debía hacerse 4 horas antes, algo completamente falso y que no aparece en ninguna condición de la oferta.
Finalmente, solo accedió a aplicar el descuento cuando le dije que pondría una hoja de reclamación. Una situación muy incómoda y totalmente innecesaria. No volveré, y no recomiendo el sitio a nadie que valore un mínimo de seriedad y transparencia

Monday morning and most brunch places are closed, but this place popped up and what a nice surprise it was. Had a very nice capuccino and the Egguacado Toast, which is a great explosion of flavour without being overpowering or heavy. The price was fair and the service very quick and amicable.

The food was great. If I recall correctly we had a toast with salmon and eggs with some potato wedges on the side. We also got the protein milkshake to go with it and it was delicious. We were helped by this nice lady whose name I unfortunately already forgot (Sanyu(?)).
