Brooks has unparalleled knowledge of the local real estate market and as well the surrounding communities, which gave us great confidence in deciding to relocate our family to a city we knew very little about. He and his team were in communication and top of things every step of the way with us, which helped to keep things moving. Brooks did a great job during our negotiations and process management even despite several challenges that happened with other parties involved with our transactions - he's a fighter in diplomat's clothing.
