It has a nice view and the employees are nice too.

This could be one of the best hotels around. Friendly staff, decent food and pretty good coffee. It just feels like it is not managed properly.

It’s a very nice and aesthetically pleasing hotel. I love how it is just right across the famous boulevard of Dumaguete. It is very close to restaurants and coffee shops, too!

Great hotel with excellent food. Breakfast included with the room. Staff is very professional and service is awesome.

There is a fee to check in sooner than the 2pm check in. 500 pesos. So instead go grab a snack and chill somewhere. Nice hotel but honestly overpriced. Staff is very kind. There is no elevator for anyone so if you need one I suggest another hotel. The use of reclaimed woods and the industrial style vibe are what you are paying for obviously.

Nice very close to Boulevard the only this is don't have elevator to get up third floor.

My group stayed at some spa hotel and were booked up. I found The Bricks Hotel and booked 3 nights while I joined my group for our day tours. The building is modern with rustic design along the Boulevard. Location is convenient to all. I was placed on the 3rd floor in a large room at the front corner of the building.the plumbing was very weak providing very little water for the shower. Carlos in their housekeeping did all he can to fix it but was beyond his scope. I went for the ‘pail and tabo’ but they moved me to a lower floor which solved the issue. Their food is excellent and they have live music entertainment which is nice. They had to pack my breakfast for my early tours… they really try to do all they can to make sure you’re comfortable! I left some things in my safe in my hurry to take the ferry and they keep them safe for me. Kim at the front desk is very good in communications and correspondence. I want to give a shout out for her as she tops the others! Thanks Kim and Carlos!

Very accommodating hotel staff

I just met a friend for breakfast and I never saw the rooms. I did go through the reception and it was nice. The restaurant was small but the food was good and the staff was great. My friend likes the coffee here more than anyplace else.
