After a worse than horrible experience at a different local electric/sound shop, I took my vehicle to Audio One because my sound was popping/cracking and had extreme static. They were professional, respectful of my time, and sent my amp out for repair. I highly recommend Audio One.

I went to audio one with everything I needed. New stereo and speakers and everything else that was required. All I needed was for these guys to do my install, instead they talk me into buying all new stuff except speakers which i had to put in myself to save money after having to buy all new stuff. After the install that they did my stereo stopped playing sound. Keep in mind this is their brand new system that they talked me into getting. I’ve had to schedule multiple appointments to get this fixed and it still isn’t working right a month later. Last time I went there they had to take my car in to figure out what was the issue, I told them exactly what was going on and that it was the stereo that wasn’t working not the speakers and that they do not need to take the door panels off or anything because that wasn’t the issue. Again they didn’t listen to me and popped them off anyway. Needless to say they messed up my car again but this time a lot more noticeable. If I were you and you actually read this just don’t waste your time or hard earned money at this place I’m only going back because they need to fix my car.
Im very disappointed with the service i received at the Virginia Beach Blvd AudioOne. I first came in the the chesapeake location and received a lot of help from them try to address a problem that i had going on. We tried a few things that did not work and came to the conclusion that I needed a ground loop isolator which they did not have in stock. He was very helpful and told me that i was able to get it in another location or bestbuy. So i go in today at the virginia beach location and buy the part which is 3x the price of what it is online unknowingly. I was told it may or may not fix my issue so i asked if it did not work if i could bring it back in i was given a flat “no”. Turns out it didn’t work and now i’m stuck with this part i paid for way over price. Safe to say i won’t be dealing with you guys again.

These guys are pros. No upselling was very surprising. I was practically begging to spend more but met with "you do not need that" and/or "let's see how this works for you, then talk about adding something" in relation to audio install and accessories.
Professional staff, even opened early with a crowd waiting outside for service.
Fast times with the install, ahead of schedule. Going back for sure...

During a road trip, the radio in my Mazda 3 stopped working all of a sudden. I was able to get an appointment with Audio One the very next day. They ran a diagnostic check and swiftly fixed the problem within the same day. I was on my way home with my favorite tunes bumping in NO TIME! Audio One is professional and has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I highly recommend and will definitely be back should any future audio challenges arise.
