The worst technicians and repair company and team. Very difficult to get any repairs or diagnostics with. The technicians not equipped or trained for Canadian North American standards. Read all poor reviews and be cautious especially if women or Canadian customers are using this company. Very unfortunate

Matt from appliance plus came over today and he looked like he didn’t even want to be here. I told him that the fridge beeps and there is a light that comes on every now and then. He asked me if I knew the light meant as if I was the trained technician. Then he looked inside the fridge, asked me if I had the owners manual when I said no he asked me for my wifi password to look up he manual (he doesn’t even have data on his phone lol) and started reading from the manual as why the light might come on and said it could be one of these 4 reasons. I said well can you fix it he’s like I don’t know what to look for, call the company again and let them send someone else. I told him calmly that I took the day off from work because they gave me an 8-4 window and that I would like him to check on it or call someone else to come and look at it. He said no. I said man if you go to a mechanic for a check engine light and they ask you what do you think the check engine light means that doesn’t look good on him. He got offended and said “if you’re going to give me attitude then I will just leave” I laughed and he just packed up his one tool that he came with and left. The guy didn’t even have tools, he came with one screw driver and a thermometer lol what a joke. Thankfully it was a warranty call so I didn’t lose any money on top of the time wasted.

Deeply unethical During the third visit, I was assured by the company that there would be no charge at the time of booking. This was true until, three weeks later, I received an invoice via email! The technician allegedly identified a new issue and fixed it, despite spending only 30 seconds in my home and not mentioning any additional charges at the time of the visit. This is in stark contrast to the previous two visits where charges were communicated and collected on the spot. To make matters worse, when I received the invoice, I was threatened by Whirlpool with collections if it wasn't paid. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated with the unethical business practices of Appliance Pro+ and their parent company, Whirlpool Canada. I expected better transparency and integrity from such a reputed brand.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Appliance Pro+. After my fridge stopped cooling, I contacted KitchenAid Customer Service, who scheduled an appointment with a tech from Appliance Pro+ to repair it. The technician arrived and diagnosed the issue, informing us that a part needed to be changed and it might take a week to install it. However, after 10 days with no update, I called KitchenAid again only to learn that the part had just been ordered the day before. This means the technician waited 10 days to place the order. When he finally came to install the part, he removed the bottom freezer and reinstalled it incorrectly. To make matters worse, the initial diagnosis and part were wrong, and the problem remained unsolved. When I contacted the company again, the same technician came out and told us that another part was needed. We had already paid $400 for nothing, and he asked for another $400 for the new part without providing any guarantee that it would solve the issue this time. Given the lack of assurance and the poor service, I refused to pay and requested a refund. I am beyond frustrated with Appliance Pro+ and would not recommend their services to anyone. They were unprofessional, unreliable, and ultimately failed to fix the problem while wasting my time and money. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. UPDATE: : Don't be deceived by the reply given below the comment. They just want to appear as a good, attentive company. When you reach out to the contact information provided, they do not solve your issue.

I had contacted Kitchenaid because my fridge wasn't working properly. All of my food was freezing. They arranged for a tech to attend my address to check the problem. I was not made aware of any fees associated with this visit. When the tech attended he mentioned that there is a fee. I told him that I wont need his services and he left advising me that I should not be charged for the visit. On may 30th i recieved an invoice for just shy of $150. I called kitchenaid and was told to ignore the email that I do not need to pay it. On June 6th i received another email with an invoice for $150 and called them again, and again was told that i do not need to pay this. Another email on june 30th, i called them again and spoke with Rochelle and she now tells me that I have to pay it regardless if the tech did any work or not. Why was I not informed of this fee when the original appointment was made??? Why am I being forced to pay this???

Terrible. Don't trust the appointments you make. I booked an appointment on a Friday, for Saturday morning between 8am and 12noon. They called at 11:30am telling me they couldn't send anyone till Monday.

Avoid this company and service technicians. High end JennAir oven caught fire internally with wires and Whirpool sent two separate calls to my home. After several no shows and cancellations and over a month wait two technician arrived. One technician did not speak a single word in my house his partner was disrespectful towards female. Refused to acknowledge and refused to speak to female. I had to call a neighbour over to get some answers in my own home. He would not give supervisor or any information.he left with no solution or repairs as he was sent to change parts. He called customer service for one hour and left. Told me to speak with Whirpool customer service regarding next steps. Unfortunately the people hired are dangerous and have no service training.

We had issues with our JennAir under warranty for over a year and were sent many technicians who were just replacing parts. We finally got Colton from Appliance Pro+ and he was keen on finding the issue and highly skilled in troubleshooting.
