A local treasure and hidden gem.
Should give 3 stars to put off n00bs, but it really does need to survive, so join, spend and enjoy! L
Great beers, food, crown green and events. Looking fwd to beer festival as I'm running out of glasses at home not reading but drinking.
The courts must be good as always occupied, but I've never had a go, nor tried tennis at this establishment.
I particularly enjoy open mic, scibar and beers on the veranda, in the clubhouse or around the green.
Friday pizzas are nom and are enjoyed with the young uns making noise, running around, increasing heart rate when balls fly towards beer, or consuming all pizzas before I get to order. Spoke with GP, gonna get some blood pressure meds just to ensure longevity of my membership.
Food is decent.
I really on had a peek over the fence from our garden but Google thinks I've been here. I must say it did look rather inviting with the pristine bowling green drenched in sunlight and surrounded by trees and birds. The building itself looked quite delightful. One day I shall walk round and go through the gate. Can't wait.
