The crew did a great job with the tree but we wish they would have put down the plywood from the truck when they backed into the yard. We have big ruts out front now so I would suggest asking the crew to do that if they have to park in your yard. Other than that they were very careful around the house and did a great job of cleaning up. A very nice bunch of guys.

We used them to trim a tree that was extending over our roof. Their quote process was very easy — they used GPS imaging so I didn’t even need to schedule a time for them to come out for a quote. Their offer beat the rest by several hundred dollars and they did a great job. They give you all of their insurance information up front which helped me feel better. They were able to get us in within 2 weeks of accepting their quote, and were done within 4 hours. Highly recommend!!

Joe and his team did a great job trimming our large maple tree. They were easy and fun to talk with, and they made sure everything they did was what we wanted. And their cleanup was quick and good. Whenever we need another tree trimming done we'll definitely have them come back.

I would not trust this company. I had a quote at the end of June. 3 different appointments and all were canceled due to staffing issues. It is now beyond mid August. Last storm caused one of the limbs I wanted to cut to fall and damage my fence and shed. Who should pay my homeowners deductible?

Tree fell in yard and on cars around 7:30 in the morning and i called them they were here by 9:00. Joe and Josh and all the crew did a excellent Job. If i ever need tree service again they would be the one i would call. Will also recommend them to anyone asking for tree service. If there was more than 5 stars i would give them a 10

Called to schedule a day was scheduled told no window at that time. Was told they would call the day before to confirm a time. I called the day before and told them I had not heard anything about the visit. They did not call back that day so thought the scheduled visit was not going to happen. They did call the day of the appointment and told me they could be there between 11-1pm. I told them since I did not hear from then I have scheduled other things but could still be available from 11-12pm or some other time. Was told only do 2 hour windows. Did not offer to reschedule and I said I guess I will have to go to somewhere else. Was told ok and they hung up.

We had a huge branch and several other branches fall on our house poking through the roof and ceiling. Joe and the crew arrived very quickly and worked hard and well to remove it without any further damage to the roof. We were amazed! They did a good job cleaning up. We highly recommend this company.

When I started looking into tree services, I was surprised that estimates could cost up to $100. I understand, but wasn’t thrilled about it. 1 Tree Service was the second company I contacted. I gave them the details about what I needed. They came while I was at work to have a look and wrote up an estimate that they emailed to me. It was much less expensive than my other estimate, so I accepted. Everything was done via email and texting and best of all, no one needed to be here when the work was done. Lastly, with all of the rain lately I was nervous about my yard getting destroyed. When I checked things out after work today I was thrilled that there was no evidence that they were here at all (with the exception of the missing tree.) Perfect. Thank you.

We called on Sunday and got their voicemail message which listed a number for emergencies. Our silver maple in our backyard was split down the trunk and was ready to come down at any time. I called the emergency cell number from the voicemail message and Joe answered immediately and was extremely helpful and kind. He said he'd be out first thing the next morning and absolutely followed through. An hour or so after they arrived the tree was cut down and hauled out, ground the stump down, cleaned up after themselves, and by request left me a few pieces I could split for firewood! We needed access to a neighbor's yard to get the crane in place and he not only went over to their home with me to ask permission, but after we were done he went back and asked them to come out and verify their yard wasn't damaged, which the neighbor appreciated and confirmed no damage. We were scared about this tree as it was in a very awkward position hanging over not only our new fence but my neighbors. They were fast, helpful, affordable, and friendly. We will absolutely be using them again if the need arises! The pictures show the before and after as well as the crane and positioning. They did clean up the mulch after I took the picture of the "after", as well as blew all saw dust that was around, yard was left very clean after they were done.

They communicated so well and were a great price. Easily way lower than any other company we got quotes from. They did the work fast (three trees done in 6 hours) and we had no clean up to do after. They took so much care in making sure our lawn didn’t get messed up with the giant machinery.
