I used TF Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in a one bedroom flat. Thiago answered the phone which was a good start as most of the ones that I called went to answer machine. He was very professional and gave a quote straight away which I was happy with. The next day he was delayed so couldn't turn up at the agreed time but kept in touch with me so that I knew when to expect him. On arrival he inspected the carpets and decided on the best chemicals to use and got to work. A couple of hours later the carpets were clean and the flat smelt fresher. I would certainly use him again.

A faulty electric water heater needed to be removed from the top of my house and leaked sodium acetate trihydrate all over the carpets on the way down in the process. The carpets were rock solid with a salt-like residue.
TF Carpet Cleaning Reading were able to completely remove it, plus bring the carpets back to life as they hadn't been washed in years. They were extremely fast and efficient and saved me a fortune in not having to get the carpets replaced. Friendly and professional, I couldn't recommend them more strongly.

I am very pleased with the result of the cleaning, both the carpets and the laminate floor. Tiago and partner was very professional, friendly and service minded. They moved around all furniture in the rooms to be able to do the complete space. It was also very quick, the whole house in a couple of hours.
