We really like Texas Roadhouse for their food! We have ordered their biggest steaks all the way down to their smallest stakes. Sometimes their is a minor complication with how it's cooked, but they always fix it by up cooking usually. We have rarely ever had a steak replaced, I'm talking in my 15+ years of eating at Texas Roadhouses it is less than 5 times. The service is usually excellent, I have had some mediocre service, but it has been rare. Like anything though people sometimes have a bad day and some are new learning to wait on others and some just don't have what it takes to wait on others. I don't recall ever having bad service. I could write a small book on our experiences at Texas Roadhouse, but it would always be a positive experience. I don't drink and I don't like to be in a bar, but at Texas Roadhouse I don't feel like I'm in a bar setting as I'm not in the bar area and it does not smell like alcohol in the restaurant. We really like eating their early dine meals. It is a fare price and allows us to eat their more often then we would if they didn't have that option. We usually always get the steak option!
