Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We’ve been waiting for the movers since 9am, it is 12:15 pm now. We keep calling and calling and we’re either hung up on or no one is answering. We’ve spoken to Floyd and Guillermo and they’ve both been giving us the run around. Our last conversation they told us they’d be here with in the next hour and we’re still waiting. When we spoke to Floyd about the inconvenience, we asked if there was going to be any type of compensation and he said he’d get back to us. That call is still yet to be received. We relied on these movers since 2 out of the 4 are limited to lifting. They eventually showed up but we were so disappointed and hope something can be done.

The only thing I was not aware of from the beginning was the extra service charge for the rental of gas and truck, etc. Richard and John were very professional and quick. They were very conscientious of my budget and moved us with speed and care.

Crew was on time, friendly, and took good care of my things (and I like nice things). Overall phenomenal experience for an interstate move 🙏

Hired them to move my stuff, they ended up breaking my 65” Samsung tv. When I called to let them know they said they would file a claim and that I would hear from claim officer. Two weeks have gone by and have not heard anything. When I called again they said they would send me claim form and nothing. Seams like I’m getting the run around to get out of paying a $1,000.00 tv that they broke. First and last time I use them.

I do not recommend this company. My recent move was not a good experience. I am missing items and called to report it the same day they moved my stuff. I was told I would get call back but never did. I called again a couple of days later and was told they would look into it and promised they would call me back but never did. This company cannot be trusted!!

They assisted in packing my apartment and moving it, quick and efficient. Great people to talk to and to be around. We worked with both Jon and John, they tackled the hard situation of moving in Texas heat and no ac in our apartment with no complaints and got everything moved over to out new place faster than I expected. Definitely will be using their services again in the future!
