I thought Sarah was really friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the flexibility with the drop off and pick up times. And sending us photos of our cat was a really nice touch.

I was very nervous at first Sarah was so lovely and she sent me some beautiful cat updates which made me feel better.Elsa had a lovely pamper session Sarah then dropped Elsa back to me looking all fresh

I cannot recommend Sarah and Dulverton Lodge highly enough. Our shy boy Bruno stayed with her for the first time over Christmas and the proof was in the pudding when he returned home completely relaxed, immaculately groomed and most importantly, happy as ever!
Sarah has been really helpful and flexible with bookings and dates and it is obvious that she really cares for her guests. I'm so happy we have found such a lovely cat hotel we can trust!

My cat is the hardest to place at catteries and to date has never been happy being in them. She only trusts HER hoomans and either hides the entire time at a cattery or swipes and hisses at any interaction attempts. I was blown away by the owner of Dulverton. She patiently spent time with Chica, through the growls and scowls. She sent me pics of my girl proudly sitting on a top shelf, totally proud of herself. It is truly a hotel with loads of lovely extras to spoil your kitty. Chica came back calm and happy. This is by far the best cattery I have ever used...i wish more were this dedicated and passionate.

Couldn't have been happier with how our cat was looked after and we had regular communication and daily pictures and videos with updates. He was clearly happy. Sarah took the time and care to help him settle in in his way which was really appreciated.

Great cat hotel. This was the first time we had left our cat so were slightly aprehensive but needn't have been as she received great one-on-one attention and we were kept up to date. Would definitely recommend and will check-in our cat again.

I left my normally very timid cat in Sarah's care for the first time last week and was amazed to receive photos of her exploring her surroundings. Crystal normally spends the entire time hiding under her blanket. She is now 16 and I have already been worrying about the thought our leaving her as she gets older but I can now go away knowing she will have all the care I could give her. Thank you so much Sarah

Blue and Oliver have just had their second stay at dulverton lodge. They love all the attention that sarah gives them. They, and I, couldnt be more happier to have found a clean, safe and loving environment when I go on my own holidays. What an asset Selsdon now has!

Dulverton Lodge, though a relatively new establishment, has got to be the best cat boarding/ accommodation we have used for our naturally anxious and timid cat, Keira. The facilities are really clean and well-kept and Sarah, the owner, has genuine passion for animals and what she does - from providing updates to the little touches at the end. Keira came home as if he was never away and needed very little to no time to settle back at home after being away for over two weeks. He didn't loose any weight nor was lethargic when he got home which was always the case with previous cattery stays. Needless to say, we will not hesitate to use Dulverton Lodge again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best cat boarding in the area! See you next time Sarah!

I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently.
I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable....
I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.

Hi Christina, I am sorry I couldn't accommodate your dates. It may be that we were fully booked at the time perhaps. I am a small cat hotel and therefore give excellent one to one care, but as a result, may get booked up. I do hope you book in the future. Many thanks Sarah

Very clean and bright. You can tell Sarah the owner loves cats and she regularly updated me on how Mazie was and that she had been getting a lot of attention (as she was very stressed on arrival). Would definitely recommend

Sarah looked after our 17 year-old Burmese cat when we were away on holiday. We received weekly updates, and felt comfortable knowing Minky was safe. The cattery was new and kept in very tidy, clean conditions. We will definitely leave Minky at Dulverton Lodge next time we are away. Thank you Sarah!

Good place to board your cat. Very clean. Sarah looks after them for you. My cats looked happy when I collected them from a 7 day stay.

It was the first time I have used a cattery service but once I had met Sarah and seen the facilities, I knew my feline friend would be kept in good hands. The facilities are immaculate with heating and cooling if needed. The regular updates via email and text was a comforting bonus. Plus, I received a goodie bag when checking out which was a lovely surprise as well as a post card of my cat which is a nice touch. They really care about their feline guests. Would recommend anyone looking for a well established and professional cat service. Lovely place, so clean, pretty and luxurious made me want to stay there myself. recommend anyone to Dulverton Lodge Cat Hotel, for feline luxury!

Wonderful. Would highly recommend. Lovely facilities and very caring owner. Cat returned home calm and beautifully groomed and is still chilled out 3 days later! Exceptional.
