Highly recommend this company. We had an Amarillo under the house and Trevor came and live trapped him to relocate him further away. Super friendly, knowlegible and great follow up from start to finish.
We also are using their pest control service and have found them to be great too.
I would advise to go with company. Technician never showed up or called to say they were going to be late, my scheduled time was supposed to be at 4pm. (Was advised 3 days prior when I made the appointment that the technician only had 2 prior appointments before me and both were like a 2 hr and 4 hr service). At 4:15pm, I had called the customer service and the representative said they were going to reach out to the technician and have him call to give an update but that never happened. When I called back again at 5pm saying I didn’t get a call from the technician. The customer service representative said they would contact the supervisor and have them call me and contact the technician. I told the service representative that I would like to talk to the supervisor and when they transferred me, the call went straight back to the same representative who then told me that maybe the supervisors have probably left for the day. (What horrible customer service) Service representative said they don’t have any more opening for another two days. That is when I decided to just cancel my appointment and go with another appointment.
