When I had to replace my water heater I was looking for 3 things - someone who will answer all my questions and help me make an informed decision, offer reasonable cost, and do the work reliably while being flexible with the appointment time. Steve aced all of it. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me decide between a tank vs tankless heater. His cost was reasonable. The work done well done and everything was setup to code standards. He was also very flexible and worked around my schedule. Losing water heater in the middle of the winter is really a crisis scenario and he helped me get running hot water as quickly as he possibly could. I would certainly recommend Steve's The Plumbing Pros to anyone looking for a water heater replacement. You will be happy choosing Steve. I certainly was!

This is the plumbing company to use for your next plumbing job hands down. Steve was able to design my needs with a phone call and a few photos. The "A" team Bruce and Dustin was able to complete the installation without flaws. My house now has a whole house water filtration system. The job start to finish was completed within the time quoted.

They did an amazing job for a reasonable price. Steve the owner who answers the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was needed and very upfront and honest. Bruce showed up to do the work and did a great job just as Steve had quoted. They showed up on time and were pleasant and friendly. I also felt very comfortable being a female and letting them in my home to do work. Overall a great company and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Our upstairs tub was leaking through to our downstairs dining area. I called The Plumbing Pros and they were able to come the next day. I was kept informed on the appointment time, who they were sending, etc.. The tech, Anton, was professional, courteous, and explained what needed to be done. The quote was very reasonable. Anton came to put in a new delta faucet and garbage disposal. He was polite and very interested in making sure our kitchen plumbing setup was working correctly in general. This is my first time using The Plumbing Pros. It has been a fantastic experience. Steve accessed my issue over the phone/text and gave me a price before we scheduled the service. Then Evan & Dusty arrived a touch early (which I like) and completed the work. There was a part that had broken but Evan was able to retrieve the part and came back to my house within an hour of leaving, and completed the job. It's "hands down" the best service I have ever received (and best price). And I've used a variety of different companies/plumbers over my 68 years. Job well done! Thank you! One more thing...the attitude of Evan to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied, was greatly appreciated.

They quickly assessed our situation over the phone and made an appointment to come out the same exact day. The technician was cordial and informative of exactly what the repair entailed. Overall, the job went smooth and we saved right around $700.00! We will definitely call them again for any future plumbing repairs.

Great Customer service was provided by everyone I talked to on the phone and in person. They were all responsive and engaging. I received same day service that was amazing. The work was excellent. I would recommend Plumbing Pros highly! I discovered a leaking hot water eater after hours. I called at 7:30 am and talked to the owner who walked me through my options and gave his professional opinion on each option. He was willing to answer all my questions. He was able to schedule a service appointment that day. The result was I had a working water heater by the end of the day. In addition, it was reasonably priced as well. AMAZING! Steve and his crew are THE BEST! Steve spoke to me over 30 minutes about our water heater after reviewing photos sent to him. He took the time to explain exactly what his crew would do in great detail. He was never rushed or agitated with the duration of the call or my many questions. He was in fact, KIND. His crew was prompt and very proficient and efficient. My space was left better than it was found and his prices AWESOME! Can not beat his pricing. He was $1000 less than the good deal (wink wink) that I got from a big company around town . Do not pay more and do not call anyone else. I feel like I have found a plumber and a friend and will always have his number handy! He will be my one and only plumber.
