I had a very good experience at London Luton Airport. I found it very easy to get through, both on arrival and departure. Everything was quick and smooth, with no long delays.
The service was good and staff were helpful. What I appreciated the most was the multi faith room. It was clean, well maintained, and had enough space to pray comfortably. This really made a positive difference to my journey.
Overall, a well organised airport and a pleasant experience. I would happily use London Luton Airport again.
It's a garbage airport. Expensive to get to from London. Ridiculous boarding arrangements asking you to walk through deep huge puddles after some wet weather. Duty free isn't very good value and not that well stocked. All the other shops are ridiculously expensive. The lounges are a bit of a joke.
