☺The management team was very considerate, the guests guidebook was really helpful in terms of things to see, and the location of these apartments make it really convenient to explore Kiama and nearby places. Absolutely loved the fact that they had a strict no smoking policy, and it was so quiet and peaceful! No unnecessary noise or disturbance during bedtime.
The apartment was well furnished, and included plenty of linen and bedding. The rooms were spacious, well lit, beds very comfortable, living room was a treat to spend time in, and the work desk was absolute perfection! Was not expecting a dedicated work desk to be provided, but they included that too.
☹Given it was three of us travelling, the body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner tubes placed in the bathroom were not sufficient. While we carried our own toiletries, and have no complaints, but if they are catering to a certain number of guests for anything more than a day, I would recommend making one of each of the bathroom supplies available for each guest.
It would've been perfectly alright to not even provide any, other than a toilet soap. But since they were providing bathing material, they should try and provide a quantity keeping the number of guests in mind.

☺位置不错，隔壁就是大型超市，采购很方便，有固定车位。阳台很大，我们的房间阳台下面就是游泳池。虽然是冬天，但是环境很不错。因为是晚上11：00抵达，房东告诉我们怎么自助办理入住，关于很多旅客抱怨坡度容易刮花底盘问题，如果是小车可能会，但是SUV是不可能蹭到汽车底盘。步行14分钟都到喷水洞。
☹两间卫生间，但是只有一间是可以淋浴的，我们4个人要排队去洗澡，这一点需要说明，其他都很棒。

we do have 3 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms.
Great place to stay being right near the centre of town and 5 mins walk from the water. Rooms are spacious and clean. We didn't use the balcony as it was shaded most of the day but it'd be great in late spring, summer and early autumn.
Room service between our 2 days missed replenishing the milk but Woolies is a couple of doors away so grabbed some there. Terralong Wifi was pretty slow.
Other than those minor things, we had a fantastic stay.
We just had a wonderful stay at The Terralong Apartments. The apartment size was fantastic both inside and outside. The location is perfect a comfortable stroll to the water and close to super.arket in the other direction.
Close to awesome cafes, and esturaunts.
The apartment was very clean and the beds super comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will be back !
