Genuinely nice staff and owners. We’re a contractor on the project and any time we go to do warranty work (when no owners are there and the staff doesn’t know who we are) the staff is engaged with the residents and so friendly. The senior leadership has effectively instilled a caring culture from the top down.

My dad was blessed to spend his final days on this earth at Teresa’s House. After a fall and being put on hospice, we wanted the best care possible for him. That’s why we moved him to Teresa’s House. It is a beautiful small environment where the residents get great care. The ratio for staff to residents is amazing. Plus the food is so yummy!! They treated dad like he was the only one there and us like we were family. Even though dad wasn’t there long, the staff fell in love with him and walked along side of us in his final days. For that I am so grateful.

My Dad has been at Teresa’s House for over 2 years. The staff is not only amazing, they truly love the people that they take care of. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my Dad. The facility is immaculate and Nicole, the Director of Nursing is an angel. She ensures that her team is well trained and provides compassionate care. It’s been wonderful to see my mom interact with others! Dining and activities with the other residents has improved my mom’s emotional health and outlook on life. The house, with 15 other residents, is beautiful, clean and has a very calm/relaxed atmosphere. My mom has enjoyed the food and variety of activities… from exercise to crafts!

Wonderful programs and facilities with a caring staff are making a huge difference in our mom’s care after moving her from another facility. Moving someone with dementia is never easy, but they really were with us every step of the way to make sure she made a good transition. It’s a blessing and we highly recommend Teresa’s House!!

I couldn’t be more grateful for this place and the precious people that make it so special. They love my (sometimes honorary) mother so well. From the personal connection & intentional care to medication management to communication - I truly cannot imagine walking this journey without them. Nicole has held my hand & heart the whole time as well. I can rest knowing that my mom is well cared for and loved by the best when we can’t be there. So thankful to be apart of the family. Teresa's House has gone the extra mile for my family. I cannot thank the staff and management enough. Godwin Dixon and his team are second to none. I sure wish we had known about Teresa's House sooner. Unfortunately, our experience with another facility was NOT even close to the care and comfort we received at Teresa's House. Talk to anyone who has loved ones living here. I wish I could rate this a 10-star facility!!! They deserve 10 stars not five. We need more businesses that care about their clients like Teresa's House.

Teresa’s house is a very special place. I only wish it was around a few years ago. What the owners have done there is amazing. The quality and level of service provided was better than I have seen in any of the other 4 facilities my parents resided. The food is excellent. Teresa’s offers a higher level of care than most facilities that allowed my mom to be in a private place that felt more like home in her final days.

We recently moved a loved one into Teresa’s House and are so happy we did. She moved from a skilled nursing unit in Dallas. The difference in care and environment was an immediate leap for the better. Now 3 weeks in, she is enjoying new friends and her loving new home. She has made strides to get back to a normal routine out of her hospital bed. Please call them if you are in a situation like ours. Truly a blessing!

My Mother in law had isolated herself for twenty years. Two years ago, we moved her from her longtime home to a medium sized assisted living facility. She was safe, medically cared for and fed. Employees in this field are inherently angels, but the sheer numbers of patients make loving care almost impossible. As expected my Mother in law did not want to move, but she needed a higher level of care as her memory declined. Two months after moving to Teresa’s House, at breakfast, she said, “When do I have to go back?”, We said, “You don’t need to go back.” She said “Really! I am so Happy here!, happier than I have been in 20 years!”. She is often unable to express her thoughts into words, these words were reassuring. As we all know, her opinion, may be different tomorrow, but the consistent loving care by the owners, management and staff, won’t change.

Thank goodness I found Teresa's house! Mom has pretty advanced dementia and since her diagnosis, Dad had been her primary caregiver. Obviously that's difficult so for the last 2 years I rarely, if ever, saw my mother smile. After dad's passing, I needed to find a different approach... Now, at Teresa's house, every visit with mom, she is smiling, vibrant, and actually in there. Even on her worse days. She's still there. Shes expressive, almost too much so, lol, yet before Teresa's house I maybe had less than a dozen words in conversation with her. Mom came from the traditional/industrial care model, so I've seen it both ways, first hand, there really isn't a comparison. I'm not sure if it's the amazing, high touch, highly qualified staff, the amazing decor that puts out very comfortable vibes, the low volume of patients, the incredible non-frozen meals (that are far better then I eat myself, seriously), but whatever it is, it's magical.

My sister Karen lives in Tereasa's House Argyle and I can't tell you how wonderful the whole staff is. They are compassionate, caring, and professional. They see to every need of every resident. I would highly recommend the facility for any loved one. It can really give you peace of mind.

We moved my mom into Teresa’s House with the help of a Senior Consultant, Margo Brooks. This was move was necessary after a significant injury. It happened over a holiday which was stressful and overwhelming. The staff were friendly, kind, supportive and patient. They made my mom feel at ease in her new environment and unlike hospital we had familiar faces. The environment is not sterile but feels like a beautiful home. They continue to partner with our family to ensure she is well cared for in our absence. Highly recommend if you have a loved one to consider Teresa’s House.

This facility is AMAZING!! Long story short- we moved my dad to Teresa’s house after a bad experience with another facility. Rachael and Nicole went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us and my dad to reassure me he would be well taken care of. The staff is great with all the residents. Lots of activities and always a VERY warm welcoming when you walk through their door. I can’t say enough GREAT things about this facility and staff. House #3 ROCKS!!!
