Fantastic adventure!
Had great fun on a double quad! I went with my 16 yr old son who was able to drive as he has his provisional license- he did not stop smiling the whole way!The instructor was lovely. She showed us how to drive the quad+ offered lots of reassurance as I was nervous. We spent time building confidence on the track before heading off on the trails. The scenery was beautiful. Highly recommend the trip.

Las fotos te las mandan en formato digital previo pago extra de 30 euros cada moto de agua, por eso no me gustó la experiencia

Amazing quad bike ride
We booked a 3hrs quad bike ride during our vacation in Tenerife, we really enjoyed it, also it was our really first time on a quad. The booking process was smooth and they are very responsive via chat.
The driving instructions were given clearly and rapidly.
The ride was really amazing, with a couple of stops for taking pictures of the volcano and the sunset.
They offered a quick aperitive at the end too.
The only thing I didn't like is that, after booking on an available date, I was asked to choose another day, for planning concerns and probably group sorting. In the end, we, Italians, were grouped together on purpose with another big group of loud and undisciplined (south)Italians.
Personally, I would have asked, during the planning process, if forming an Italian-only group was ok for us, which of course was not.
Apart from this, the ride was worth the money, I will recommend this experience.

Great experience from pickup to drop off, got amazing photos and enjoyed the experience a lot! Would recommend and come to again :)

Todo muy bien y muy divertida la excursión en moto acuatica. Los monitores muy simpáticos y las fotos quedaron chulísimas. Volvería a repetir y lo recomiendo al 100%!!!. Además puedes ir rápido con la moto acuatica y fuimos a una playa muy bonita.

Disappointing experience – poor communication
We booked a 6-seater dune buggy for Thursday 13th August. On Wednesday 12th, we were contacted and told that the buggy had broken down and asked if we could reschedule for Saturday. We completely understood that mechanical problems happen and were happy to rearrange, so we cancelled/rearranged our Saturday plans around the new booking.
However, Thursday and Friday came and went without any further communication from the company. On Saturday morning, as we still hadn’t heard anything, we had to contact them ourselves to confirm the pickup time.
After waiting quite a while for a response, we were finally contacted only around 1–2 hours before we were due to be picked up, with the following explanation: the 6-seater still hadn’t been repaired, they were waiting for a replacement part from mainland Spain, and unfortunately the excursion couldn’t go ahead.
We were told they would provide a full refund of our deposit, which we appreciate. We are not upset that the buggy broke down — these things happen and are outside of their control. Our issue is the way the situation was handled.
They knew the vehicle still wasn’t repaired, yet we weren’t informed until the very last minute, despite us having already changed our plans once to accommodate the rescheduled booking. By the time we were told, we had already organised our entire Saturday around the excursion and were literally getting ready to go.
What was particularly disappointing was that there was no offer of an alternative vehicle, another excursion, or even any attempt to suggest another activity for the day. A refund resolves the financial side of the booking, but it doesn’t give us back the day we had lost or the plans we’d cancelled.
We would have been much more understanding if they had simply kept us updated and told us earlier that the buggy was unlikely to be available. The lack of communication was the real problem.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, we wouldn’t recommend booking with this company. The breakdown itself was unfortunate and understandable, but the customer service and communication surrounding it were very disappointing.
Frustrating and disappointing experience
Not worth the effort spent here. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience did not meet expectations in any way. Communication was poor, and the quality of provided activities or services was far below what was advertised. I would strongly hesitate before recommending this to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable experience. Very disappointing.
Our guide wouldn't let us go fast at all as he was too busy using his phone constantly. Max speed we got to was 30 if that and that was due to stopping and waiting for the guide to go ahead a bit. Seriously disappointed. Also no snorkeling or seeing costal caves etc...

Inconsistent and disappointing experience
The stargazing tour fell short of expectations due to multiple inconsistencies.
Despite the guide being kind and knowledgeable, several details promised in the description were missing: no photo through the telescope, and no option to pay the remaining balance by card as stated.
Communication via WhatsApp to Gio was unhelpful when issues were raised. No apology. Additionally, the lack of a promised family photo was particularly disappointing given the family price of €270.
Such inaccuracies make it hard to recommend.
Would take a Titsa bus to Teide instead if ever back, the skies are impressive for stargazing
