Wonderful ☺ Nice apartment with view on the pool and ocean, clean, well equipped, closed to beach, bars, and supermarkets. ☹ Beds could have been more comfortable, but it is a question of preferences.

Studio ,Studio. ☺ Good location, near the bus station ,short walk to the strip and beach.Biger than the average hotel room ,big tv if your in to watching TV on your holidays.Smashing view. ☹ This is a studio apartment and is a private hire in an apartment complex ,so no use asking the reception for help ,even had to pay to leave my suitcase for a few hours as I had to leave at 11 oc and my flight was not untill 7 that night.Had to turn the fridge off at night to get any sleep as your head is right beside it, this is make to room for a sofa bed,how you would open the sofa bed I still can't figure out.

👍👍👍 ☺ Location superb for access to Titsa buses, bars/restaurants/beach yet very peaceful for sitting on balcony with its fantastic view over to the sea. Spotlessly clean when we arrived with a warm welcome from Yasmin. Very comfy bed and a great tv. Would we recommend this appartment? YES and hopefully the little niggles will be addressed. ☹ Internet (which had been very good) disappeared 4 days before the end of our 2 weeks. No microwave as advertised. 1 toilet roll for 2 people for 2 weeks. About 1cm of washing up liquid. No pegs to hang out washing. No spare bin bags. On arrival it would have been nice to find some milk and bottled water so that we could make a drink. The €150 Damage Deposit which was taken from our credit card incurred a £3.50 non sterling transaction which will be taken again when hopefully it is returned.l (we left the apartment as clean and tidy as we found it with no breakages)

Soggiorno di relax e svago! ☺Posizione ottima perché si raggiunge tutto facilmente. Appartamento provvisto di tutto il necessario (phon, ferro e asse da stiro etc.) Piscina del complesso bella e tranquilla (i lettini si trovano sempre). Vista piscina e oceano. ☹Bagno cieco.

Dirty and unprofessional but with sea view ☺ There is a free parking, washing machine and sea view. Has swimming pool, but we didn't use it. ☹ Upon our arrival the place was not cleaned properly with stains on cupboard, bed, walls were generarily dirty, not repainted for a long time. There were crumbs on the floor and bedding did not feel fresh. Coffee machine was listed but not present. On the second day we reported all issues by writing an email, but got absolutely no response, only the contact person told us we will get the bedding changed. Cleaning staff changed the bedding but took our dish cleaning sponge. The toilet flush stopped working on the second day, but it got fixed after second request. On one evening we saw correct code set at the key box at our door, which suggests someone tried to test if the key is left inside. We reported the incident, but in response we were only told it's "really weird". One day we asked to print 2 page document at the reception, they wanted to charge 4€ for that, but even then told us we can pay 5€ minimum by card. It's so unhelpful provided that it's really no cost. There are no basic amenities like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, we only got 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 trash bag, and the sponge was used and dirty. WiFi was not working randomly. The elevator was sticky and smelly, the toilet near reception had no soap and a dirty rag to dry hands. In general this place has unprofessional attitide to guests and for this price there are better options in the area.

Exceptional ☺ Apartment had everything we needed and if we needed anything we just needed to know anything all we had to do was ask and got a reply very fast

Complex is goed maar je vindt studio's aan een veel betere prijs. ☹Prijs - kwaliteit van de studio niet goed, te duur. Negatieve punten : koelkast naast het bed, douchekophouder gedeeltelijk stuk, weinig of geen wifi, terrasstoelen aan vervanging toe.
