Avoid this company at all costs. I booked them for an end of tenancy clean and the standard was so poor you could not even tell anyone had been in. I then had to spend £400 on a reputable company to redo the entire job at the last minute because nothing had been cleaned to a professional level.
There were crumbs left inside kitchen cupboards, carpets that did not look hoovered, visible dirt in the bathroom and areas that had clearly been missed entirely. Two cleaners arrived late and the overall result was completely unacceptable for a paid service.
The customer care was just as disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the clear evidence, their replies were dismissive and unhelpful, and they offered only £35 in compensation despite the fact I had to get the whole property cleaned again. At no point did they take responsibility or attempt to resolve the matter properly.
This experience has caused unnecessary stress, extra expense, and wasted time. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to use this company. There are far better and more reliable cleaning services out there.

Absolutely dreadful experience, paid £350 for professional end of tenancy cleaning and was so left in a horrible state we had to spend 3 hours cleaning ourselves - refusing to refund and now money is being taken out of our deposit, the carpets need cleaning AGAIN and they missed several sections we had explicitly paid for

Poor service
I booked Tenancy Cleaner for an end‑of‑tenancy deep clean at £250 and the service was a complete failure. They attended twice and still left the property in an unacceptable state — dust on skirting boards and blinds, cupboards, fridge, oven, wardrobes, and sliding door tracks all neglected.
Despite clear instructions and photos provided, they claimed certain items were “not requested” even though the booking form does not allow exclusions. My letting agent’s independent inventory confirmed the property was not professionally cleaned, forcing me to waste time returning the night before tenancy to fix their mistakes myself.
Customer service was dismissive and refused to provide a refund. This was mis‑selling and poor practice. I would strongly advise others to avoid Tenancy Cleaner if you expect a genuine professional clean.

BELOW AVERAGE SERVICE. The Cleaners arrived two hours late to the job. On arrival, they immediately asked for payment and said that if payment is not made, they will leave in 5 minutes. Once payment was made, they refused to acknowledge that they received the payment despite proof of payment being shown to them. After receiving the payment, they refused to carry out the cleaning and asked for an extra £110 pounds. Eventually they did the cleaning but left some areas dirty. I was not satisfied with the service at all. It was a waste of money.

Extremely poor service, do not trust this company. Half a job done and the workers just left when they hadn’t finished.
This company have not completed the job, as they said they would. Nor have they settled with part payment. I maybe had a bad team as they were only there 2.5 hours. Very much NOT recommended.

Deep cleaning service – very disappointing experience
I booked a deep clean with TenancyCleaner (Job #40568) and unfortunately the service fell far below what was promised.
1. Washing machine seal
The cleaner insisted the rubber seal “needed replacement” without carrying out proper mould-removal steps.
They even used a metal scourer on the rubber, which is not appropriate for this type of material, and unsurprisingly the mould did not improve at all.
When I asked what chemical had been used, I was told it was “confidential”, which was concerning given that this is a surface that touches clothing and personal items.
2. Windows / glass door not cleaned
The glass was cleaned but the frames and tracks were left untouched.
When I asked for this to be corrected, I was offered a £7 refund instead — but I needed the job completed properly, not a token refund.
3. Customer service
After raising the issues, the communication became dismissive and unhelpful, and no proper resolution was offered beyond the £7 refund for incomplete work.
In the end, I had to escalate the matter elsewhere because the service simply wasn’t carried out to a professional standard, especially considering I paid for a deep clean.

Really good service. The guys called me with an arrival time - they were 5 minutes early. They kept me posted throughout the clean about their progress.
The final result was excellent.
I would recommend Tenancy Cleaner.

Worst experience. They scammed us on last moment and asked for double charges to be paid despite charges were agreed on the quotation. Furthermore, the cleaning operative arrived in an unprofessional and poorly maintained private vehicle containing all equipments.. Avoid this unprofessional company at all cost and save your time and last minutes surprises. I wanted to give 0 star but there is no option.

The lady from Team Tendai was great, very pleasant and did a good job on our kitchen in particular which needed a deep clean from the previous tenant. She was very responsive and tailored the clean to our preferences. I would recommend their services.
