Mrs. Loren was Outstanding in helping me with an issue that I was having when booking a shift. Her customer service was unmatched. Thank you .

I telephoned the customer relations help number for Gotu and NINA answered the call. She was extremely helpful with my being able to verify my ID....there was an issue with my profile or the site that prevented me from scanning the ID....she was able to remedy the issue and stayed with me on the call until my profile was complete...she had a very charming nature and extremely proficient. Iβm located in Houston and I had a shift when Hurricane Beryl was affecting a lot of people! I called the office I was scheduled with but they never called me back. My cell service was spotty so contacted GoTu to see how I could handle it as I was unable to initiate a chat. Nina was incredibly helpful in this crazy scenario I was able xoeriencing! Nina was quick to respond when I accidentally cancelled a few shifts. I was unable to answer her call so then she texted me to confirm it was accidental and reinstated the shifts within in a matter of minutes.
