Recently had an issue with our NEC phone system and reached out to TelTech. Adam was our technician and he was fantastic. Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but he also made sure to follow up to ensure everything was working smoothly. Really impressed with the customer service and technical expertise here. John is the reason we stayed with Telstra for our Business. John is always available to help us, and we trust him completely. Sam just installed a new NEC phone system and he was great. Its not very often you come across someone as good as Sam at teltech. We have had Sam for quite a few jobs with teltech and he is so knowledgable, patient, friendly. We know if Sam is helping us, all will be ok. Thanks to all at teltech.
