Having been in the NHS system for many years with the same dentist the practice went private and i was informed by a text which was not in my opinion the correct way to treat customers.
This was the time to search for a dentist and i opted to try the Linden Tree as my wife had treatment done there and was very happy. After my first appointment i realised what id been missing all these years, from the cleaning to the dental work it was first class —-treated like a person and they talk to you and have the time to explain what they are doing or going to do, the dental work i had done was great and my mouth hasn’t felt this good for some time, money was well spent, you don’t realise what your missing with NHS until you go private —the Linden Tree are very professional and have all the up to date modern equipment, great people to deal with.
Very good follow up care. I always trusted my treatment & happy with the outcome! Now I can smile! All the people were lovely, thank you.
Lovely dental practice in every respect. Roger, the dentist, sorted my adult son's wisdom tooth issue with such professionalism and kindness..we were lucky to get a quick appointment as my son was in so much pain, but he's pain-free now thanks to Roger and the team...thank you all so much. Staff went above and beyond when I needed a painful tooth removed recently. Moved things around to get me in quickly then gave first class service from the minute I arrived.
Everything carefully explained to me including aftercare.

Fantastic . After having what turns out alot of " botched " treatment for years, Allan is getting my mouth back in good order. Really knows his stuff and completely pain free when getting treatment. Although I was NHS for years, private is more expensive, however the treatment and care is definitely worth it. :) would recommend 100%
I am extremely anxious ( terrified),when it comes to dental appointments and have experienced panic attacks.
The Linden Tree Dental Lounge is exceptional because the team have the understanding and the patience to help alleviate that extreme anxiety.
The dentist allocated was Roger Gongçalves and he allowed me to take things at a pace that suited me.
Reassurance, without pressure, which made a very uncomfortable situation bearable for me.
Even though I still get very anxious,it isn't the same level of crippling anxiety that led to panic attacks.
I can highly recommend The Linden Tree Dental Lounge if you are an extremely anxious patient who is terrified of dentists.
I have been twice for essential treatments with great results and

I was referred to Dr Stephanie Kerk after an accident for an assessment for dental implants. I was very impressed with the surgery and the staff and Dr Kerk were very welcoming and friendly. My treatment was first class and involved a lengthy period of time due to my health issues. I had severe Heart problems which eventually led to Open Heart Surgery and I was treated with so much care and consideration throughout by the staff and Dr. Kerk. I now have a beautiful straight smile which is awesome and I love the finished result. I would have no hesitation recommending The Linden Tree Dental Lounge. Thank you Dr Kerk and the staff for the care and consideration I received and for allowing me to continue receiving my dental treatment at your surgery.

Luckily, I discovered the Linden Tree Dental Lounge Dunfermline and was given an appointment immediately. I can honestly say I have never had such a positive experience at the dentists - in my opinion they should be used in training manuals as an example of how to treat patients, because they genuinely do care. Needless to say, I wholeheartedly recommend them.
I walked in, unknown, to the most welcoming, friendly atmosphere from everyone, all incredibly kind, making me feel instantly at ease - I'm sorry I can't remember names (Claire?) as they all deserve to be mentioned.
Roger Goncalves, my dentist, was so patient explaining everything as he went along, thoroughly examining my mouth (a new experience for me) taking x-rays and other in-depth inspections/a type of ultrasound?, the names of which escape me, and discussed various options - all in a kind, gentle, pain-free, relaxed manner. I never felt rushed at all, or had any discomfort......he's an amazing dentist and a very nice man to boot!
It was a chance meeting in m and s food hall that led me to the Linden Tree Dental Practice. I wish I could meet the person who recommended them to me to thank them! I have felt listened to, guided and had my treatment explained throughout every consultation. I wish I had found them sooner as I am confident that my problems would have been dealt with efficiently. I am delighted with everyone I have had appointments with. Thank you most sincerely.
I have found the practice staff to be helpful, friendly and professional. I was also very pleased with how responsive they were when I recently broke one of my teeth. They arranged an appointment for me very quickly and remedial work was carried out quickly and well. I am very pleased with their service and attention to detail.
