No rooms on lower grounds. My sister is disabled. And although I knew the lift wasn't working I didn't expect to go up so many stairs.
We had to pay £10 for parking.
And £10 for the dog.
No sea views

A generally good trip marred by a few unfortunate failures

☹ Poor quality elevator, loud late night activity, poor accessibility and layout for disabled guests, confusing app-based check in should just be done by staff, ongoing maintenance work limited routes through the building, asked repeatedly for extra pillows that were never delivered

☺ Sally on reception was extremely helpful, as were all the the staff. Breakfast was served quickly. We were upgraded to a lovely room overlooking the sea. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Great value for the money! We will definitely be back !!

Staff are very dirty and smelly. The place is very tatty.
☺ The location was great.
☹ My bed was elevated at one end meaning I was sleeping on a slope, there was no shower gel in the dispenser. Breakfast was really bad, sausages were pink on the inside, the black pudding still had its plastic wrapper on and the apple juice had mold in it.
