Gary I am shocked by the lack of communication we have tried calling and emailing you and you haven't had the courtesy to call us back, I am appalled by the POOR customer service. Im giving you the opportunity to get back to us otherwise i will spend my days going thru all social media avenues and review websites expressing my anger and disbelief in the total lack or aftercare you have provided !!

Daniel Gold is a clueless warehouse manager who stops replying to your emails and calls..
The staff are so nice when ordering after the order is made they don't care..
They have two warehouses one is on site and other which isn't even safe for customer to go inside..
Extremely disappointed with TBK Tiles. I ordered a specific flush and they delivered the wrong colour. After three weeks of chasing, instead of resolving the issue properly, I was sent a cheap plastic replacement — despite paying £200.
The service has been absolutely unprofessional from start to finish. Despite repeatedly requesting a call back from management, no one ever got in touch. Considering the significant amount of money spent, the lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable.
Wrong measurements of tiles, had to repeatedly visit the showroom! complete lack of care.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable products or service.

Earlier this year, our experience with TBK Tiles was extremely disappointing. At first, Gary was quick to take our money and process the order, but once payment was made, he simply stopped caring about customer service.
We had an issue with two of the tiles being rough, which Gary brushed off, saying “the tiles are just like that.” After visiting their showroom, I confirmed this wasn’t true—it was just the top two tiles in the crate that were defective, however he instructed not to open the rest of the crate to check, so this was only confirmed later. Trying to return them was an exhausting process. Gary ignored all of my texts and emails. To this date he hasnt replied to a single email, including an initial email simply asking for a digital version of my receipt. Initially, he insisted we return the entire heavy crate. When the driver came, the lift wasn’t even strong enough to move it. Only after calling customer service with the driver did I get told I could return just the top two tiles. Even then, it took far too long to receive the credit.
In the middle of this frustrating process, TBK had the audacity to ring me asking for a 5-star review, praising Gary’s “extensive experience.” Clearly they are desparate to improve upon their sub-standard reviews without addressing the service itself. When I asked them about my ongoing issue, they provided no solution at all. Gary’s so-called years of experience only translated into arrogance and dismissiveness.
We had five bathrooms to do in our house including fittings and thank goodness we only trialed TBK on one. Despite having a nice showroom, they are not worth the stress. You’re far better off going to one of the many other tile showrooms in the Park Royal / Acton area, where customer service actually exists.
The outlet showroom is different than the main showroom, they don't offer delivery and we knew about that after we have paid for the order.
We received one box (pack of 3 tiles) completely broken,they asked us to go back to their showroom to replace it. It is a more than 1 hour drive for us.
