Living at The Prospect has been an incredible experience for me, not just because of the comfortable living spaces and convenient amenities, but also because it's where I found my core group of friends. I lived at prospect for two years and now going into my third!! I was skeptical at first but l am so glad I went with this property. Everyone here is super sociable, so if you are looking to live in an awesome place with awesome people definitely look into the Berkeley group!

Everyone here is a student, which creates a unique sense of camaraderie and understanding among residents. What sets The Prospect apart even further is that it's not just for students—it's run by students too. The community managers, who are fellow students, understand the needs and concerns of their peers like no one else. I resided in 2430 Prosept managed by the Berkeley Group for a semester, and I am voluntarily crafting this review to express my positive living experience and show gratitude and respect to the staff members and the company. It's an exceptional place to reside. The staff is incredibly supportive and kind, the floor layout, furniture, finish, HVAC, and maintenance are well-organized and continually upgraded by season and monthly. My overall experience was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend this residence.
My move-in and living experience so far has been great. Management is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I've had. For the unit itself, it is remodeled and completely brand new. The entire apartment is furnished with everything you need and the pricing is very reasonable.
Had a great experience living at TBG’s Channing house a couple years ago and Warring house last year. The facilities and housekeeping teams are very diligent and responsive. Made friends with several other residents, some of whom I still keep in touch with.
Found the perfect place! After these past couple years, it’s nice to finally feel at home. Big shout-out to Lyle!! He’s always helpful and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met!
The property management is very helpful and do the best they can. I believe they are understaffed and their contractors seem difficult to deal with, which has caused issues when I initially moved in. However, these issues were promptly fixed and the management was entirely professional during the process. I still have issues, such as my thermostat not working, but this is due to my forgetfulness in reporting it. If you're going to Berkeley, The Berkeley Group is definitely a company you should consider.
