Shauna's firm is not a good fit for everyone! Shauna and her team are only a good fit for clients who are SERIOUS about saving money! BIG TIME. I had to wait until I can have a good amount of experience with this first before writing my review! I was apprehensive and had one million questions to ask when I first came in contact with the Shauna and the Tax Goddess team after having my account mis-handled by prior CPAs. I am a surgeon who traditionally used CPAs who are not very aggressive in terms of helping me save money. I lost hundreds of thousands of dollars because I was not comfortable challenging them on their judgement or switching quickly of a better CPA. Up until I found Shauna! Shauna's has a whole team that works literally around the clock to understands exactly your business, your personal situation and your goals for the future. They start by asking you a million questions about your personal affairs, your spouse's affairs if any, and your business. They then take that information and plug it into their proprietary system to find every single strategy that will save you money. You're gonna be meeting the team very regularly to discuss these strategies and their impact on your finances. Better yet- they will run simulations of how your decisions may impact on your taxes and cash flow- I waited so long to find a firm that can give me this!! As your life unfolds, you have to keep them posted before you make big decisions because they will guide you to understand the repercussion of your decisions and to advise you whether you should do it or not, and when you should do it! I must admit that I am hard to impress, and that Shauna has impressed me on several occasions. One last thing that I think is unique is this: Very often, when you deal with a big firm, you meet with the big guy once and then get handed off to the team who handle your affairs and you lose connection with the expert whom you originally trusted to handle your business. You get lost in the shuffle and accessing the expert becomes very difficult. Shauna's firm is different in that her team handles your account to make sure all information is collected and straightened, but Shauna is a message away, a call away. You always have access to speaking with the expert whenever you need it! This is huge for me! All in all, I can't praise these people enough! 5 Start Rating- ABSOLUTELY!

Shauna always does a thorough and accurate job. Her team meets regularly with you to ensure you don't miss any possible deductions. She knows more about what is a lawful deduction than anyone I know. And she is one of few nationally certified tax coaches that can help you restructure your business to maximize deductible expenses. I love that she has the option to set up 12-month installment plans with no interest. (One other review mentioned confusion about this--you don't have to do installment plans and could pay everything annually instead.)

Shauna is amazing and saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes. You'll see some negative reviews on here, they are from a terrible client that stiffed her, and when she asked for the balance, decided to spam blast her with fake negative reviews from multiple accounts. This is a small man with a small... well, anyway. You get the idea. You can tell they are fake because she all almost ALL positive reviews, and then all the sudden a bunch of negative ones come in all at once? Come on lol. I have worked with Shauna for years, and many of my friends and colleagues are clients of hers. She does right by them.
