I'm a vintage watch collectors and I bought a Ricoh watch from them last week. The watch stopped working within 7 days. From the very next day the watch was getting slower and I texted them what to do because I received the watch one day before then asked me to go to a local watch maker.. I thought I'll go next week but by then the watch already stopped working. Though I was wearing it everyday with a thought that may be it needs to get charged from movement.
I'm very much disappointed buying a watch from them .. it feels that it's a waste of money.. I'll suggest please don't take the risk as they don't support after service and ask the customer to go local mechanic then what's the point of buying from them ...
So I'm editing/adding with the previous post that I went to the local mechanic today afternoon and he told me that the watch is not even refurbished it doesn't have any original part of Ricoh inside, and it's not possible to repair with the existing balance wheel and regulator..It's a scam... I'll raise an online complaint at the consumer forum next week with original bills. In the meantime guys please stay away from this seller.. his most of the review seems paid and there are few original reviews, so please read carefully at other sites about them before buying.

Ive bought an hmt janata. Strap is really bad quality, hard, rough, and mine is breaking off in just a few days. Dial is repainted, all visible parts of watch (case, glass, strap) are new and does not have good finishing, so the watch looks and feels a bit cheap. I like the movement though, not sure how original it is, but seems to be the only thing worthy of the price
Update: Watch movement is also really poor quality too, within a few weeks it is losing time >1hr/day, power reserve is <20hrs, and the crown has stopped rotating one side.

sir we dont charge for strap as genuine leather straps are to costly but still will try to work on it
I purchased a vintage camy Swiss 1958 model watch from this shop. Even though the watch is refurbished, I think so , I received it in a good condition , without any damage. I think there was slight difference in strap colour , but otherwise it's a good watch .
