The beginning of April 2024 I was pulled over in boise with an empty cart and two half gram joints on me. By the end of the traffic stop the officer had written both my fiance and I a ticket for possession even though I was driving and the car was in my name meaning all charges should’ve been thrown onto me. With the stress of both of us having charges the first thing I needed to do was reach out to someone that knew a lot more about the situation than I did. From the moment I made my first phone call to the front desk I knew this firm was the one for me! The lady at the front desk took all my information and my short story and passed it down. She even informed me that if needed I could go through a second party for payments if finances weren’t right at the time. Through the entire process which was about a month long from start to finish they had relieved any stress or worry I had about the case . Anytime the firm knew anything about my case I received a phone call . The day court came around the prosecutor had yet to get back into touch with my attorney . They stepped aside quickly before court started and came to the conclusion to drop my charge from possession down to paraphernalia. I paid a fine of $550 and walked out of the courts free to go same day. If you’d like a stress free process I’d highly suggest going through Tatum McBride !
