We have been there many times but this time was a special celebration.
The owner himself was helping the staff with serving the platters on the guests tables and came twice to serve us special plates and asked if we needed anything.

We went there for Open Buffet Ramadan Iftar tonight. Very happy with the customer service and selection of food items today.
When we arrived, we were offered a table on the 2nd floor, and we did not like the location of the table. I explained the situation to our server Natalie and she managed to find a better table for us in few minutes. The place was packed, and we thought it would be difficult to find a better table. But Natalie managed to find a spot for us and it made our day. She went above and beyond to make sure we were not missing Iftar today.
All the food items were really good. Very tasty and full of flavors. This place felt very crowded today and a bit difficult to move around. Aside from that I am happy that we went to Taste of Yemen tonight to have Iftar. Will definitely come back in the future.
I booked for four people at this place for dinner. Over the phone, I was told that there is an open buffet during the iftar time, but I can also order from the menu as well. I arrived 50 min before the iftar time as it was booked. Our plan was to order for the kids before the iftar and wait for iftar as my wife was fasting. When I arrived, the manager at the door let me know that their employee who took my reservation over the phone did a mistake and that today they accepted guests only during the iftar time and they were already fully booked. Me, my wife and my two toddler kids were returned from the door without any proper apology or compensation in any kind even though the manager verbally admitted their mistake. The manager only offered free juice for my kids on our way out of the door. As it was dinner time already, there was no available options around. We had to drive back home and have iftar much later that day. Considering I was a regular client of this place, it was disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.
