The professionals and staff provide exceptional service and are very customer-focused. I always feel comfortable under their care.

Communication in this group is severely lacking. Medical care is good. Medical technique and quality are good. Communication from staff to patient, staff to staff, and provider to patient is severely lacking. I would have a hard time recommending them to anyone and I will be sharing this information with my referring dentist. I was not given complete surgery detail information prior to surgery. Staff did not answer my questions prior to surgery. Post-op wound dressing details were not adequately explained. I was left confused and anxious for no reason. This procedure is expensive and painful, there is no reason to make it worse.

This is a great team. We are continuing to work on a plan for my dental wellness.

Dr. Stella, his nurse Ailyn and all the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and gave adequate instructions for care after my procedure.

My visit on 7/12/24 was such a delightful experience. Waiting time was short (about 10 minutes), which was important to me. The staff was attentive and courteous. Above all and as always, Dr. Valentine is pleasant, caring, and gentle in handling my tooth. He is absolutely one of the best dentists one can find!

I was anxious about having oral surgery and had put off this visit for a good six months, but as soon as I met Dr. Valentine, my nerves melted away. He was so kind, and he took the time to explain every step of the procedure with me. The entire staff were exceptionally helpful and made sure I was aware of all my treatment and financial options. I’d definitely recommend this practice to folks in the RDU area!
