I have and old but very sentimental car which recently had a few problems West way Nissan whom produce the car where useless. And I was worried my car would be at its end. I went in just to get some oil and bits. But the young gentleman on the counter Mr Mustafa was extremely helpful. In getting all the parts I need to get my car back on the road. Very honest and genuine. I am extremely great full. And will be going back.

Incompetent staff, inventory incorrect, told me to go to Smethwick in rush hour stating system showed the part was there, however it was not. I need the car to get my elderly parents about. When I complained they showed no empathy. A to Z use to be good but as it has grown it has neglected it customers.
