La pire expérience de ma vie. La fille à l'entrée était désagréable. Très impolie. Elle nous a laissés entrer et, une fois à l'intérieur, elle nous a dit qu'on ne pouvait pas boire un verre, que c'était fermé. C'était un mensonge. Enfin… je n'y retournerai jamais.

Excellent historic hotel near the Opera House. Very attentive staff. Clean. Fancy. Good food/service. We were able to get a room with two twin beds.

The massage was amazing. I did a couple’s massage, and we were both so relaxed after. The masseuse noticed some of my ailments that I forgot to mention and was able to target them and give me advice afterwards. 10/10 recommend! We saw Anna and Carla.

Carla and Ana were great!! Felt like a new person afterwards. Highly recommend.

J’ai eu l’occasion de me rendre au Ritz à quatre reprises, parfois pour y récupérer des clients en tant qu’opérateur du tourisme. À chaque fois, j’ai été extrêmement surpris par l’attitude du personnel : un mélange d’arrogance, de froideur, et de mépris difficile à ignorer. Leur manière de vous regarder et de vous interroger à l’entrée est franchement déplacée, comme si vous n’étiez pas à votre place, voire suspect. Et pourtant, je fréquente régulièrement d’autres palaces parisiens de la même catégorie, où j’ai toujours été reçu avec respect et courtoisie. Ce contraste est flagrant : le Ritz incarne malheureusement le summum de l’irrespect pour une maison de ce standing. D'autres commentaires vont dans le même sens, et même si je ne suis pas du genre à laisser des avis, cette dernière expérience a été celle de trop. Il me semblait nécessaire de le partager pour que d’autres sachent à quoi s’attendre. ______ I’ve visited the Ritz four times, sometimes to pick up clients as a tourism operator. Each time, I was honestly shocked by the staff’s behavior — a mix of arrogance, discomforting stares, and outright contempt. As soon as you walk in, they look at you suspiciously and speak in a condescending way, asking you questions as if you were out of place or even under suspicion. And yet, I regularly visit other Parisian luxury hotels in the same category, where I’m always treated with respect and professionalism. The contrast here is stark: the Ritz stands out, sadly, for how poorly and disrespectfully guests are treated. Many other reviews echo this sentiment, and while I’m not someone who normally leaves reviews, this last experience was the final straw. I had to share it so others know what to expect.

Very good Eco massage from Piter. Just the right amount of pressure! I enjoyed it and it made me very relaxed.

Small room for 5 star hotel isn't approved. So many regards everywhere I went , I felt being watched. Honestly not worth it. There are better hotel out there.
