Tammy went above and beyond to help us find our perfect dream home! She combed through listings and sent them to us as she found them, making our search faster, and so much easier, and much easier to find out perfect match! Tammy took the time to find a great loan broker for us, and worked with him to get us pre-approved before we started making offers, which helped to speed up the process. When we were at the stage to make offers, she walked us through all the steps, and even provided us with an informational handbook that further explained all the steps and details, so we could review every step of the way as we moved forward thought the process. Tammy's consultation and recommend a were beyond valuable, and her negotiation skills and tenacity are beyond comparison. She makes her self available to help when needed, and always returns calls or texts, even when she on weekend trips, without hesitation!
