She knows her homes—all ages. She can look at something in the house & tell if it is original or updated. She is very flexible—-we had her jumping at last minute sometimes. She helped get closing done when the seller wanted to close early. Sara made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision when buying our house. She helped us get quotes for items we did not know where to go to get them fixed. I have been taking to Sara for years about homes & am thankful I finally was able to use her to buy our new home. I know she will be great when we are ready to sale my condo in a couple months or so
