كانت للأسف تجربة سيئة لديهم حيث اننا استأجرنا فيلا مكونة من ثلاث غرف و سويت للأسف من اليوم الأول تم عمل صيانة لكل الغرف من ناحية المياه الساخنة لا يوجد، و الشاور بوكس يرتفع منسوب المياه، من ناحية التكييف لا يعمل بشكل جيد اما بالنسبة للسويت سيئ جدا حيث أن المجاري كانت عائمة، وللأسف سرعة الاستجابة بطيئة

I went there 3 times before, but this time the level of the hotel went sooooo down. AC in room was not working properly, bed was squeeking, very basic decoration inside the room, bad service and no enough employees, no one answers at the reception. We asked food from room service and they left the leftovers of the food for 6 hours until we aksed them to get them. No menu in the room service. Pools were dirty, no variety at breakfast and no fresh fruits. Very cheap services, it's so obvious they are cutting cost. I don't give them more than 3 stars. The only good thing is the location. If you want Tala bay, go to another hotel.

الخدمات ضعيفة جدا مقابل السعر الذي دفعته استطيع الاقامة في فندق ٥ نجوم واحصل على خدماته مميزة مقابل اضافة قليل من المال ، الاغطية والاثاث في الشاليه غير نظيفة لايوجد احد نتواصل معه ليلا اتصلنا على الهواتف ولم يجب احد بشكل عام ما اعجبني ، ولم افهم ماذا يعني وجود ممرات للملاك وممرات للزائرين اذا كان هناك تمييز ف الافضلية يجب ان تكون للزائر وليس للملاك وهذا الامر ينطبق على المسبح فقد اعلمني الموظف ان المسابح مخصصة للملاك ولكن في حال كنتم عائلة فانهم يمكن ان يتجاوزوا عن الامر وهذا الامر غير مقبول اذا كان يوجد سياسة لديكم بهذا الامر انا غير معني بها ويمكن الاحتفاظ بها لنفسكم لتنظيم اموركم الداخلية في حال عرضت مواقعكم للايجار فيحب ان اشعر اني محل اهتمام .
