I was traveling from Gurgaon to Lucknow with my family and needed a perfect home for my dog during that period. I boarded my dog at Tails and Coffee for a week, and the experience was amazing. Throughout my trip, I kept thinking about my dog, wondering how he was doing. When I returned, I was thrilled to see him happy and healthy. My boy Bruno has been an ardent fan of Tails and coffee. Not having a pleasant experience with some other boardinghouse prior to this one, I was skeptical of taking another risk of boarding Bruno for a week while I was not in Delhi. But my boarding experience was completely turned around by the dedication exhibited by Parikshit and his team. These guys are the most courteous care takers that a pet parent can ever wish for, treating Bruno like their own. They catered to all his needs be it food or his roaming around time. I was kept updated with all his meals and activities which indeed was a blessing. A must recommended place in case anyone plans to board their pet for a few hours or days! Thank you, Tails and Coffee for such an amicable and delightful environment that you created for Bruno to feel at home!!

It was ok but…… When I first came in all the dogs were nice staff was ok highly recommend meeting a black spotted dog and I don’t recommend meeting a dark brown shitzu or black dog dogs were dirty two of them bit me one was traumatised one of the staff members locked the door of the room where the dog was LITERALLY CRYING which was…. Suspicious

First time i visit this cafe it is soo amazing place, especially here i saw the puppies are very safe, and all members care the puppies very carefully with joy and aman is also too good, and caring about the puppies . The cafe is so spacious for the pets who can freely enjoy their grooming, and so do the owners with the inhouse restaurant on such rightly positioned price point. This place is definitely worth your visit!!
