Following a less than satisfactory experience at Tacos El Gordo, the food preparer assured me that I would not regret dining there. Indeed, I did not. I initially ordered carnitas, and subsequently returned for the carne asada, which I found to be exceptionally delicious. I highly recommend it.

OMG!! We were hoping for authentic Mexican, and we were not disappointed. The birria was amazing, I for the Raman and Tyler ordered two tacos. We paid just under $40 and we could not finish it! Very flavourful and perfectly spiced Erin EnD Adventures

Had the taco special plate with a side of chips. Asked for guac on the tacos. And was disappointed with the wuality of the food. The chicken in 2 of the tacos smelled spoiled and not st all fresh. The steak tacos had gristle, obviously not the best cut of meat. The plate of tacos that came with beans and rice snd the side of chips cost $20. Was it worth $20? No. Not sure why they’re rated 4 stars. How do you give me a bag of food for $20 with no utensils? Unfortunately I will not be back.
